Haaris rubbed her back to calm her...then slowly circled his arms around her waist & pulled her close to him which broke inaayat's trance.

Inaayat peeled his hands off her & pulled away from him & stuttered " Yeh tum kya Kar Rahe ho Haaris? "

She would be lying if she didn't lean into his touch craving for more.
She felt as if a bucket of cold water was thrown on her.
This was wrong on so many levels...he didn't even like her.

Haaris moved closer to her & spoke "inaayat...iam sorry...ek baar meri baat suno "
his heart berated him for his poor actions... He wished to turn back time & behave like a human.

Inaayat spoke frustratingly " Kya karun tumhari Sorry ka Haaris? Galle mein daalu ya sar par pehnu?Tum mohobbat nahi karte ho mujhse...arey mohabbat choro tum mujhe pasand tak nahi karte...oh wait kahin yeh koi prank toh nahi? "

Haaris shook his head in No & moved closer to her trapping her between him & the wall.
Haaris knew he deserved of all this...this was his punishment for hurting her.

Haaris recalled the old lady's words

Haaris yelled " WOH BIWI JISSE MAI MOHABBAT KARTA HOON! WOH BIWI JISNE MERI HAR BURI HARKAT KE BAWAJOOD MUJHE ACCHAI KE ALAWA KUCH NAHI DIYA! WOH BIWI JISSE DUR JAANE KA KHAYAL MERA DIL BARDAASHT NAHI KAR PARAHA! "

Inaayat stepped back hearing him...His revelation hit her like a thunderbolt.

Haaris? In love with her? Was this possible? She couldn't believe it.

Haaris stepped closer & cupped her face & said " Tumhari saadgi aur Khamoshi ne mere dil ko odhliya hai inaayat! Mujhe nahi pata kab lekin Mohabbat hogayi hai tumse... Inaayat stayed silent trying to find any fabricated lies & dishonesty during his whole confession.

She wanted to label all this as a lie...in back of her mind... She couldn't believe that Haaris was saying all this.

While her heart denied all her arguments & found nothing but sincerity in his words.

Man ke saagar mein abhi
Aks tera dikhta hai

Not fighting with her mind anymore she stepped closer to him & circled her arms around his waist.

Haaris's hands were still on his sides.

Inaayat placed her head on his chest & hugged him.

Haaris felt as if his heart would jump out of his chest.

Her action moved him.
This moment was so precious for him.

As much as he wanted to hope that she shared the same feelings for him...he knew he would be lying to himself.

He should be thankful that she didn't strangle him for touching her.

Inaayat felt that it was this moment that she wanted to take a leap of faith in his confession...she couldn't deny the fact that even after all this... She was listening to him & she didn't want to put the entire blame on helplessness due to her brother's marriage & compulsion because she had the full right to walk out any moment...but she chose to stay because she wanted it.
