Manik smiled looking sideways where nandini was smiling letting her hand out to see the cold wind as manik drove the car.... looking again at the road manik moved his eyes to his mobile as he rang out loud in the silent car... nandini too looked at the phone which was in manik's hand and he picked up the call...

Manik: yes dad?
Surya: manik beta kahan ho tum?

Surya asked in his calm tone on which manik looked at nandini who had hsi eyes fixed on him... manik concentrated on the road telling his father...

Manik: out with someone, will be back soon!
Surya: okay, drive safe!

Manik just said a plain okay before ending the call and glancing at nandini asked...

Manik: What happened baby girl?

Nandini shrugged her shoulders before saying...

Nandini: you never told me anything about your parents!

Manik just glanced at her once again before holding the steering wheel tightly in his grip... taking a deep breathe he spoke...

Manik: you never asked!

Nandini tried to see through his expression but couldn't and then said...

Nandini: can i meet him?

Manik looked her her asking..

Manik: you want to meet dad?

Nandini gave him her ever so beautiful smile on which manik too smiled and then nodded his head...

Manik: lets see then!

As manik spoke nandini remembered about something so she turned to manik fully asking him...

Nandini: I just remembered how is Cabir and Aryaman?

Manik looked at her with a small frown asking her...

Manik: you remember them?

Nandini rolled her eyes owing to his question and told him...

Nandini: Nandini Murthy don't forget people she meet, ever!

A small chuckle left from manik's lips and he stopped the car while telling her...

Manik: Both are fine.

Nandini nodded and looked at her building with a pout... she looked back at manik who was looking at her only...

Manik: Don't want to go?

Nandini nodded her head in no like a kid on which manik smiled and held her hand which was on her lap... pulling it closer to his lips... manik placed a feather kiss on her palm making her body tickle with shivers....
Pulling back he held her hand in his frim grip saying...

Manik: I would have stayed back, but dad need some work i guess!

Nandini hmmed and then pointer a finger on him of her other hand ordering him...

Nandini: you will take me for breakfast in the morning before my classes!

Manik blinked his eyes at her accepting all her orders...

Manik: As you say Madame!

Nandini giggled and then getting out of the car took the shopping bags and waving a bye to manik and went inside the lift....

Manik huffed as he saw the doors of the lift getting close and a frown came to his forehead before he dialed a number....

Manik: Who is the person?
Dhruv: Cabir And Aryaman are taking care of him!

Manik just ended the call knowing it will be fine and they will tell him... so he just drove off to his mansion before glancing at nandini's apartment's balcony which was now letting out light....

Cabir and Aryaman's side

The duo sat in the car looking at abhimanyu's home from a distance as he had gone inside after parking his car...

Aryaman: why are we not going inside?

Cabir looking at him eating chips before saying...

Cabir: because he is a cop and we can't go inside telling him that we are Mafias!

Aryaman rolled his eyes before telling him...

Aryaman: who is going to tell him that we are mafia?
Cabir: what will we tell him?

Aryaman thought for a second before he started the car confusing cabir...

Cabir: kya kar rha hai?

Aryaman glanced at him before driving the car telling him...

Aryaman: we are going to manik!

Cabir looked at him for a few seconds before he sat back looking at the road... Aryaman drove faster to malhotra mansion and soon reached there... they saw manik's car parked outside that means he is inside... so coming out the duo walked inside and saw manik and Surya sitting on the dinner table having their dinner silently... but listening to the foot steps looked at the duo... surya smiled and invited them...

Surya: arey cabir, arya, ao betho, lets have dinner together!

While manik was just looking at them silently.... on which aryaman looked at manik and nodded his head whole cabir told Surya...

Cabir: Nhi uncle, have some work!

And next surya saw manik standing up as he told his father...

Manik: ill be back in a few minutes!

Surya huffed nodding his head and he walked to his library followed by the duo... coming inside manik leaned to the table looking at the duo and then aryaman told him...

Aryaman: his name is Abhimanyu Singh!

Manik kept looking at him on which Cabir spoke...

Cabir: he is a cop!
Manik: kill him.

Manik spoke just two words making the duo share a look and then aryaman told him the remaining details...

Aryaman: he is related to nandini!

Manik frowned at this but continued listening...

Aryaman: nandini's mother and his mother were best friends, but then they lost contact and nandini's mother died, we don't know from where he got to know about nandini and now he is looking for her!

Manik scratched his forehead with his forefinger closing his eyes before he looked back at the duo standing straight...

Manik: make him come to me tomorrow at my office.

Saying so manik walked out leaving cabir and aryaman thinking about what they have to do... they need to lay a trap which will eventually make Abhimanyu reach manik....

Aryaman: i have something in my mind.

Aryaman spoke and cabir looked at him raising his brows...

Aryaman: he is looking for nandini! Why don't we give him a few details about her!

Cabir agreed knowing what he was thinking and then the duo went out of the mansion and sitting in the car drove off....

Here manik after having dinner with his father came in his room and opened his laptop to see navya's emails which were having all the details about Abhimanyu... and then he started checking them to know about what he actually want....
