"Ready sir?" asked a tall, long haired male with dark, tired eyes. He wore a black suit, a gun fairly seen on his waist and an earpiece behind his left ear.
"I hate places like these." sighed another man as he stepped out of the black limo, running his fingers through his white hair. His sharp blue eyes narrowed and his lips twisted into a grimace as he eyed the shady looking building. It was dark and all around were sports cars, limos and other modes of luxurious transportation parked in the street and driveway.
Several people entered ahead of them with bodyguards just like his own at their side. The difference, he only needed one.
"Yeah, you do, don't you." stated the man, following close behind his boss.
The male rolled his eyes, fixing his rolex before stopping at the entrance.
"Mr. Todoroki." greeted the hire and the man nodded as they opened the rope, letting him enter a dark hall lined with guards. He could hear music and he ignored the looks he received from the women that had entered before him.
"Ah, Touya. You're here." smiled an older gentlemen with oily black hair and a sleazy smile. He held out a hand and the man, Touya, took it, shaking it firmly. When they let go, he wiped his hand on his suit pants, blatantly ignoring the insulted look on the man's face.
"Edward. You couldn't have picked a..less disgusting place?" he remarked as he followed the man toward the first auction room, which at the moment was getting ready to sell stolen art.
"Awe come on you're a boss yourself. You're saying this isn't your cup of Joe?" laughed Edward as they sat down in the VIP booth and Touya scowled. "No. A place where you sell girls to get raped by old men isn't my cup of Joe. And we aren't friends, it's Dabi." he remarked, his voice sharp and Edward looked slightly uncomfortable at that, laughing awkwardly as Touya just stared blandly, enjoying how he had rattled the man.
"Hey I love my wife." he said and Touya rolled his eyes. "You love little boys too."
Edward cleared his throat and Touya didn't hide his snort. "Well, about the drug shipment.." he started talking and the man sighed as he listened just barely, eyes on the auctioneers and the rich people bidding. Several men look annoyed when their wives began badgering them to bid higher and he hid his laughter.
"Are you listening?" asked Edward and Touya nodded. "Yeah. Tuesday afternoon at 8pm. They'll be disguised as car tires. Now, I'm risking a lot of men for this. I'd better have that fifty million as you promised..if not, you know what will happen." he said and Edward gave a nervous nod of his head.
"I got it all, don't worry." he said and Touya tensed up when the mood of the room switched and several girls walked on stage. They all had their hands tied behind their back and their eyes blindfolded. Some had gags, others, who didn't, lips quivered from fear. Each were dressed in revealing clothing and Touya frowned. Those girls looked young..
"I heard there's a real looker at the end of the auction." smirked Edward and Touya looked at his watch, sighing. He had another meeting there but he was really thinking about leaving and postponing it. "2 million!" shouted a voice and Touya's fist clenched at the sight of a girl who looked only fourteen, being sold off to someone who was nearly fifty years old.
His bodyguard, Shotā Aizawa, put a hand on his shoulder, trying to keep him calm. The problem was that the girl reminded him of his own sister and Shotā knew this from the dark look in Touya's eyes.
"4 million! 4 million going once, going twice-" there was a pause and then, "sold!"
Touya swallowed the bile rising in his throat and tapped his foot impatiently, glancing at his watch.
