Mitsumi miraculously managed to find her way to Suga's house in the snow. Nishinoya had gone to the gym ahead of him as planned. She pulled her tan wool beanie down over her ears and adjusted her baby blue and white scarf she had bought at the university bookstore. She had fully assumed her marshmallow form once again. Although Miyagi was far colder than Tokyo, so she had a few more layers on than normal

A young boy, who Mitsumi assumed to be Suga's younger brother, answered the door. He was still in his pajamas. His short silver hair stuck straight up, unlike his older brother's. "Koushi! Your girlfriend is here!" He shouted back into the living room.

Mitsumi turned bright red at the greeting. Something about hearing it just hit her differently. She heard thundering footsteps going down the stairs. It was as if Suga was falling down them.

"Thanks, Ryu. I'll see you later." He rubbed his brother's head and slipped his shoes on. He was already bundled up in his winter gear. Which was why he slipped down the stairs. His socks were extra slick. "Morning, Chie! I hope your directionally challenged self didn't get too lost." He gave her a kiss on the cheek before holding her hand.

Mitsumi nudged him a bit. "I used my GPS. It wasn't that hard." She smiled and kissed his cheek back. "You lead the way Mr. Local." She held the strap of the drawstring bag she used as a makeshift gym bag with her free hand.

"Did you sleep well last night?" He guided her through the streets of Karasuno. A few cars would pass by, but nobody was really out and about yet.

"I slept okay. How about you?" She glanced up at him. They had both stayed up extra late, but she managed to fall asleep before him.

"Same as you." He admitted with a sheepish smile. Suga intertwined their gloved fingers together. "Are you cold? We can get a hot drink from the vending machine." He was slowly entering what Mitsumi had deemed as his mother mode. He was more worried about how she was feeling than anything else. Which resulted in her being bombarded with questions and having to respond to them.

This mode always made her slightly annoyed. But, it was how she knew he loved her. So, she learned to let it go. Mitsumi knew he would pester her more about her body temperature unless she accepted a hot drink. So, Suga bought two hot canned teas and handed her one. She graciously opened the can and took a sip of the hot liquid. "Thanks, Koushi."

His heart fluttered every time she said that. Koushi took her up to the campus at the top of the hill. He threw his now empty can into a recycling bin and wrapped his arm around Mitsumi. "I swear the girls went to Tokyo more than you came here." He rubbed her side gently and pulled her closer.

Mitsumi nodded, "Yeah, you guys sure enjoyed road-tripping." She had been up to high school only a handful of times in the past. "Last year was wild."

"Suga! I had no idea you would be here!" The voice of a particular former captain came from the side. Daichi stopped at the gated entrance. "Mitsumi, it's good to see you too!"

Suga let go of Chie as Daichi threw an arm around his shoulder before she could lose her balance from the impact. He laughed, "Daichi! Good to see you too! Planning on playing?" He noticed Daichi's gym bag on his shoulder.

"Of course! It'd be rude of me to decline and then say I've been playing with you guys." He let go of his old vice-captain.

Mitsumi actually enjoyed hanging around Suga's old teammates. Her heart always seemed to melt watching their interactions. "You'll have to show the boys some of those new tricks." She smiled and winked a bit.

"Daichi! Suga!" Another former member waved. His hair was slicked back into a bun. "You guys got the call too?" He seemed a bit stunned to see his old classmates at the school. However, seeing a girl with them made him tilt his head to the side.
