Bellamy pulled on a pair of black Vans before walking out of his apartment, Addy following close behind. She skipped after him, clutching her Barbie and monster truck.
The two walked over to apartment 715, Bellamy knocking on the door. After a few seconds the door opened, revealing an Asian guy that Bellamy's never seen before.
"Oh, um hi. I'm Bellamy and this is Addy," Bellamy motioned to the six year old. "Are Jasper and Murphy here?"
"Yeah, come on in. I'm Monty by the way." The guy spoke up, opening the door wider. Bellamy smiled at him as they all walked into the apartment. "So, do you live here too?" Bellamy asked Monty.
"No, I live in the dorms on campus." Monty answered as they all walked into the living room. Jasper and Murphy were to focused on their game of Fifa to notice the three people that just walked in.
"Guys, you have some visitors." Monty spoke up, causing the two boys to turn their heads. They broke out into smiles as their eyes landed on the grinning little girl.
"Hey, how are you?" Jasper stood up, walking over to Bellamy and Addy.
"I'm good, do you want to play with me?" Addy asked, rocking back and forth on the balls of her feet. Jaspers smile grew bigger. "Of course, can my friend Monty play too?"
Addy nodded her head, handing Jasper the Barbie. Murphy took this time to get up and walk over to Bellamy. "Hey." He smiled. "Hi, sorry for just, coming over uninvited. Addy really wanted to play with you guys." Bellamy sighed, looking at his daughter.
Addy was on Jaspers back, while Monty was laughing and taking pictures with his phone. Bellamy smiled to himself before turning back to Murphy. "She's so fun." Murphy chuckled as Addy started posing for the camera.
"Yeah, she is." Bellamy agreed, smiling at his daughter. "Anyeay, what do you want to do?" He asked, focusing on Murphy once again. Murphy shrugged his shoulders. "Do you want to play Xbox?"
Bellamy nodded his head, sitting down onto the couch. Murphy handed him a controller. "Do you know how to play Fifa?" He asked, starting a new game. "Yeah, before Adelaide was born I used to play this all he time." Bellamy chuckled, leaning into the couch.
"If you don't mind me asking, what happened to her mom?" Murphy asked, glancing at Bellamy. "She uh, she didn't want to deal with being a sixteen year old mom so she left me to take care of Addy alone." Bellamy sighed.
"I'm sorry." Murphy spoke up, looking at Bellamy. "It's fine. She was a bitch anyway." Bellamy chuckled, looking back at Murphy. Murphy let out a shy smile before focusing back on the TV.

"Addy, we have to go now, it's time for bed." Bellamy said, walking into the kitchen where Addy sat with Jasper and Monty. "No, please daddy, I want to stay here." She pouted, giving Bellamy puppy dog eyes.
"Addy, you can come back tomorrow. But right now you have to listen to your dad." Jasper said, causing Addy to sigh. "Okay." She replied, hopping off of the bar stool and walking over to Bellamy.
"Thanks for everything guys." Bellamy said, picking up Addy. "No problem, it was really fun." Monty shrugged, getting a piece of the pizza they ordered earlier. "Yeah, it was." Jasper agreed.
"Okay, bye guys." Bellamy waved, walking towards the front door. "Bye everyone!" Addy called, waving goodbye to everyone over Bellamy's shoulder. The three others boys said their goodbyes as Bellamy closed the door.
They all got up, making their way into the living room. "So, did Bellamy say anything about Addy's mom, or something?" Jasper asked, sitting down on the couch. "Why? Are you interested?" Murphy teased.
Jasper let out a scoff. "No, but you might be. You were staring at him, like the whole time he was here." Jasper shot back. Murphy ignored him and instead replied to his question. "She left them after Addy was born."
"Wow, what a bitch." Monty mumbled. "Yeah." Jasper agreed quietly. The three boys got comfy on the couch as they turned on some random movie. For the rest of the night they just relaxed.
But across the hall, things weren't going to great. Addy was crying her eyes out as Bellamy tried to get her into bed. "Come on Addy, please go to bed." Bellamy begged. "But I don't want to. I want to be with you." She cried.
Bellamy let out a sigh, running his hands through his hair. "Alright, how about you come sleep in my bed, with me." Bellamy suggested. Addy nodded her head, wiping away a few stray tears.
Bellamy picked her up, carrying her towards his room. He set her down on the bed, tucking her in. "I'll be back in a second. I need to go to the bathroom." Bellamy said, giving Addy a kiss on the head.
Bellamy walked into the bathroom. He closed the door behind him, letting his tears fall as he did. It was times like this when he wished he wasn't a single parent.
Having to deal with a kid all by himself was hard for him. Not to mention his job doesn't pay well, and he can barely afford to pay for food and his apartment. And it was really taking a toll on him.
Sometimes when things get really bad he even wishes Addy was never born, as terrible as that sounds. But at the end of the day he loves her and would die for her, she's the only person he has.
Bellamy splashed his face with cold water. He dried off with a towel before walking out of the bathroom. He walked back into his room. He pulled off his clothes, pulling on a pair of sweats and T-shirt before getting into his bed.
Bellamy wrapped an arm around the small frame of his sleeping daughter. He pulled her to his chest. He watched as little snored escaped her parted lips. He ran a hand over her head, combing her blonde hair with his fingers.
Addy let out a quiet whine as she cuddled closer to Bellamy, clutching his shirt in her small fists. And in that moment he forgot about all his problems.
