Struggling || Murphamy & Jonty AU [ON HOLD]

C H A P T E R ~ S I X

"You're cheating. You're fucking cheating." Murphy grumbled, throwing his Xbox controller at Bellamy. The older boy caught the controller with a giggle. "No, I'm not. You just suck." He teased, sticking his tongue out at Murphy. "Whatever." Murphy muttered, crawling back onto the couch from his spot on the floor.

"Awe baby, don't be such a sore loser." Bellamy cooed, crawling over to Murphy. "I'm not, you just cheated." Murphy chuckled, causing Bellamy to let out a long groan. "Okay, how about we watch a movie instead or something." Bellamy suggested, walking over to his stack of DVD's.

"Sure, what movies do you have?" Murphy asked, walking over to Bellamy. "Only horror movies. Unless you want to watch Vegie Tales." Bellamy chuckled. Murphy's eyes scanned the movies, trying to find the least scariest movie. Finally he settled on one called 'Martyrs'.

"Let's watch this one," He said, handing the DVD to Bellamy. A smirk formed on the older boys' face as he looked at the DVD. "Okay, let's do it." He said as he took the DVD out of its case and slid it in. The two boys stood up before walking back to the couch and getting comfy.

"This isn't even that scary." Murphy said an hour into the movie. Bellamy turned to look at Murphy. "Just wait a few more minutes. It's about to get fucking crazy." Bellamy smirked, turning back to the TV. Murphy furrowed his eyebrows at Bellamy before looking back to the screen.

"I can't believe you let me watch that." Murphy whispered, coming out of his blanket cocoon. "You wanted to watch." Bellamy smirked. But it soon disappeared when he saw the tears forming in Murphy's eyes. "I'm so sorry, please don't cry." Bellamy frowned, walking over and cupping Murphy's face in his hands. "Come on babe, it wasn't that bad."

Murphy rolled his eyes and let out a chuckle. "It kind of was." Murphy sighed, wiping away a few stray tears with the back of his hand. "I guess we should've watched Veggie Tales." Bellamy laughed, earning a giggle form Murphy. "Yeah, that would've been better than watching... that." (A/N: I'll explain what happens in the Author's Note at the end.)

"Anyway, I think I should go. It's almost four in the morning." Murphy yawned as he stood up to stretch. "Yeah," Bellamy agreed, letting out his own yawn. (A/N: I yawned too lmao) The two boys walked to the front door, Murphy opening it and stepping into the hallway.

"I'll see you tomorrow, yeah?" He asked, giving Bellamy a smile. "I'd love to." Bellamy grinned. "Okay great, I'll text you." Murphy said, sending Bellamy a wink before turning to walk to his own apartment.

"Oh, um, Murphy?" Bellamy asked quietly, causing the younger boy turn back to him. "Yeah?" The younger boy asked. "Thanks. For um, earlier. Y'know with Addy, and stuff. She really likes you." Bellamy gave Murphy a smile. "You're welcome. And I really like her too." Murphy replied with shy smile.

"Okay, well I'll see you later." Bellamy gave Murphy a small wave before closing the door. Murphy walked into his own apartment, seeing Monty and Jasper making out in the kitchen. Monty sitting on the counter and Jasper between his legs.

"What the hell, when did you get here?" Murphy asked, causing the two boys to pull away from each other. "I came over like an hour ago." Monty giggled, burying his face into Jasper's shoulder. And yeah, they were drunk. "I'm going to bed. Don't be too loud." Murphy grumbled, walking into his room.
