Your father said in concern while you were scrolling through your phone.
"I- Maria ran away !! She's not in her room and she left this note."
Your step mother said handing over the note to your father.
"Mother and Father, I love you but I don't want to be a chess piece for you. I can't do this. I can't marry that cripple just for the sake of your business deal. I have my own life and a boyfriend. I can't leave him and marry that cripple, so I am running away. I don't want to waste my entire life with that cripple. Thank you for everything and sorry. "
Your father read out loud and then stumbled down on the sofa not believing what happened.
"Huh...dramatic" you cursed under your breath while scrolling once again.

"How about we make yn marry him?!"
"What..?!" You stood up, widening your eyes in disbelief.
"Actually, that's a great idea. That would be really great. And like this the marriage will also not stop and our company will have the profit." Your father said in agreement.
