Chapter 47

You were frozen. You didn't know what to do. It was the person you wanted to hide from. You wondered if Doha was still in his life.

Hyunjae was shocked to see Minchae, the love of his life there but instantly was met by the memories of her leaving him.

"Then I will be outside Mr. Lee," Jinho said and left you with Hyunjae.

"Hyunjae I- It's Mr. Lee for you, Ms. Kim. Only the people I care about can call me by my name" Hyunjae said you could see that his eyes were ice cold. 

"Ms. Kim  now it was about lunchtime so you can go now," Hyunjae said 

Although Hyunjae said that in reality, he wanted to ask her why she suddenly disappeared that night. why did she leave him hanging there?. Accuse her of leaving 

 "Mr. Lee you have a  lunch meeting with  Mr. Min," Jinho said coming inside.

'huh he does meeting in lunch too' You thought. the reason for your thinking was that in the past Hyunjae used to tell that he would never sit in those boring meetings hours after hours

You came downstairs and went back to your room. You heard a knock on the door. 

"Come in," You said and saw that Mr. Jung came in.

"Ms. Kim I forgot to inform you, that you are requested to submit the first batch of designs within this week." Mr. Jung said 'Wait what this week How can I do that you thought

"I know this is a little too soon. But Mr. Lim was preparing for this launch and his passing away like that has put us in a tough place. I hope you would understand"Mr. Jung said 

"AH, I understand," You said you thought about starting now. You scratched and tore the pages a few times. It wasn't going as per your plan.

You missed  Hajun. You sighed and went out to see the developing team was in a rush.

"What happened?" You asked brain who was near you.

"Ah you know  Mr wanted  to  see our proposal today but it wasn't completed so everyone is rushing,"  brain said

"We made mistake on this once before too. and if we are late this time, all of us  are dead" Brain added 

"Ms. Kim can you please do me a favor" You heard one of the employees named Sungha asked 

"Please give this to Mr. Lee personally. All of our members are busy and  one of us had to go and give it to Mr. Lee"  Sungha said

Shit.

That means you have to meet Hyunjae again. But you couldn't say no.  You saw how busy the developing team was working.

Now you were back again on the 20th floor.

"Is Mr. Lee-" As you were about to finish your sentence you saw hyunjae there talking in his phone. 

He entered his room without looking behind.

"I have to give this to Mr. Lee Can I go in?" You asked the receptionist and she nodded.

You knocked on the door and entered the room.

Hyunjae looked at you expressing no emotions.

"Ms. Kim, did I call you here?" Hyunjae asked

"I-i was asked to give this to you," You said  'Damn it Kim Minchae why did you SutterYou mentally cursed.

"Are you in the developing team? No so ask them to bring it to me" Hyunjae said now browsing through the papers.

"They are busy Hyun- I said call me Mr. Lee Ms. Kim," Hyunjae said and now you know what others meant. Hyunjae's voice was calm but it was too calm to send you a shiver down your spine.

"Anyway  give that to me and do your work," Hyunjae said
