2: RECONCILIATION

Mild picked me up from my place and we were joined by Boat and Champ on the way to the beach house.

Kaonah who was also supposed to join us said that he will meet us at the beach house

All of us were super excited, for this was much needed break.
After 2 hours drive, we finally reached our destination. Our home for next two days.

The house was a private property that belonged to Mild's uncle. He uses this property once in a while whenever he feels like taking a break. Since there are no caretaker here, we promised to clean the house before we leave

The house, itself was large with porch in front. It was elegantly decorated with living room that opened into an open kitchen and two bedrooms. Staircase at the side led to probably , a master bedroom with an open terrace

"Welcome home!" Kaonah greeted us with open arms.
"You are here already bro!" Mild squealed.

"Yes I am!" they hugged and hi fived

"You guys can freshen up and then we can have lunch" Kaonah said greeting us all with hugs.

"Where should I put my bags?" Boat asked

"Boat and Champ can take the right side bedroom, me and Mild will take the left side bedroom and Gulf, will you share the bedroom upstairs with my friend?" Kaonah asked me

"Friend?" I raised my eyebrow at him

"Guys look! " our conversation was cut by shrieking Boat

We left our bags in the hallway and ran towards Boat in the backyard

We were speechless
The view was magnificent
The beach, sand and the water absolutely stunning

We exchanged glances and as if on cue we all took of our pants and shirts and made a run for the water, in our boxers

The water was pleasing in the hot sun and we were all having a time of our life
Pulling and pushing each other in the water

After sometime, we were all famished and went back into the house.
We decided to freshen up and then meet at dining room for lunch.

I took my duffel bag and headed upstairs to my room.
And I remembered, I have a roommate.

Now this will make my over possessive boyfriend even more jealous
As it is things are not going so great between us and to add to it Kaonah got me a roommate.

"This is absolutely great!" I sarcastically thought to myself.

I got chills down my spine thinking about how my boyfriend would react to this.

As I reached the room I knocked on the door
I didn't get a reply so I slightly opened the door and peeked in.

Room was dark and quiet.
Probably my roommate is not in here

Room itself was huge with a kingsize bed at the centre and a side table on either side of the bed.
Towels were folded neatly on the bed. I took a towel and wiped my wet hair.

It was bigger than my bedroom. Large TV on the wall opposite to the bed. The curtain were drawn which made the room dark.

I opened the curtains to let the sunlight in and there it was.
The stunning sea view.

I went to the open terrace, breathing in the view and wishing I was with my lover.

"Thinking about me?" I flinched as someone whispered in my ears.
