Rukmika paced back and forth around her room with a paper and a quill in her hand. Her mind was too restless to write anything. Everyday Rukmi used to come, get angry and scold her, and try to convince her.

She didn't understand why didn't understand that her heart desires not Vishkaal but Arjun. It is with him, she sees herself spending her life.

Yet at the moment she felt short of words to write to him, it seemed as if she had forgotten how to write.

"Hey Mata Parvati ! What should I write !? I cannot think of anything ! And there Kuru-kumar must be wondering why I didn't send a letter." Rukmika muttered keeping the paper and quill on the desk.

She held her forehead with her hand and sighed, as she tried to think of something to write but couldn't.

"Rajkumari ! Rajkumari !" Lata came running in her room.

"What ?" Rukmika asked.

"The Letter has come." She said showing her a scroll.

All the worries from Rukmika's face vanished as she realised it was definitely from Arjun. She hurriedly took the scroll from Lata and opened it.

••••••

Dear Rukmika,

It's been many days since I last received a letter from you. Is everything well ? Are you well ? Because without your letter I am certainly not.

My brothers had foreseen my sweet misery, I had told them not to worry. But now that I feel depressed and dazed. I keep wondering where your letter is ? Did it get lost in the way ? Or did you not write one for me ?

Whatever the matter is, tell me. I assure you I will try to understand.

With love
Arjun

Rukmika was right, Arjun had been wondering why he didn't receive his letter. But now she was tension free because reading the letter she had come to a realisation.

'Does this mean that the fire of love has been equally blazing in both sides ?' Rukmika thought smiling.

"What is written Rajkumari ? That made your face lit up ?" Lata asked.

"Oh Lata ! I am so happy today !" Rukmika exclaimed hugging her.

"Oh Mahadev !" Lata muttered suprised.

Rukmika then went to the desk, took the paper and dipped her quill in the ink.

"Only one way to find out if I am right or wrong." Rukmika muttered.

She thought for a moment and then started writing. Words and sentences came out of her hand like Ganga from Mahadev's dreadlocks.

A few moments before she didn't know what to write and now she wrote an entire letter in one go. Such is the passion of love, that acts as a motivation.
