Over the next two months, Carlee and Van continued their tutoring, but with some flirting. Van saw his cousin and walked over to him. "Steven, I need your help."

"With what?"

"Carlee Hart." He said. "I want to ask her out, but I'm afraid she'll say no."

Steven started laughing as Cheyenne walked over in her cheer outfit. "What's funny?"

"Van wants to ask your sister out." He said. "He's afraid she'll say no."

Cheyenne smiled as looked at her sister doing cartwheels. "Let's go on a double date. You and my sister and me and Steven. That way we can help you ask Carlee out. Trust me, she'll say yes."

They watched Cheyenne walk over to her sister to tell her about the double date causing the blonde to blush. Carlee looked at Van and smiled as she looked back at her sister agreeing to go. Van smiled as he was going to get that chance to be with Carlee. The girl he wanted since tutoring started.

That night, Carlee was nervous. Yes, she gotten to know Van, but she never dated. "I'm scared."

"Scared of what, honey?" She turned to see her mom.

"My first date. Cheyenne has me going on a double date with her and Steven."

Reba laughed. "Who is your date?"

"Van."

"Go for it." Brock said. "The star of the football team and the head cheerleader dating. A perfect picture."

Carlee stared in disbelief. "I'm not some trophy." She tells him. "If that's what Van sees then I'm not going."

Cheyenne heard and knew better. "Trust me. He doesn't." She says. "Give him a chance."

"Fine." She said. "I'll do it to find out."

Cheyenne smiled as they left. Reba smacked Brock for upsetting their daughter. "You had to upset her."

Later that night, Van and Carlee sat laughing as he was being himself. That's something she liked about Van. He acts stupid, but smart in his one way. He knew how to get her laughing and get her to talk.

Cheyenne and Steve walked back. "Let's go see a movie." Cheyenne says.

Van and Carlee shared a look and nodded. The two stood up, but Van wanted to do one thing that's been killing him. To kiss Carlee Hart. Carlee was shocked, but kissed him back.

Cheyenne squealed with excitement as this was what's supposed to happen. "Does that mean they're dating?"

"Yes." Cheyenne says. "They're perfect for each other."

Later that night, Carlee and Van laid in the backseat of Steven's car making out till Cheyenne screamed. "Carlee, we need to go now!"

"Why?"

"Mom."

Carlee kissed Van real quick before getting out. "Bye."

"Bye." Van said as they left.

Carlee looked at Cheyenne. "Let's go to bed."

"Deal."
