Even with all those shadows inside Moria, it has to be difficult to stay in control of all 1,000...

The others made a run for the forest as the sun started to come up, but the Straw Hats and I stayed behind. Straw Hat was the first to move, stretching his arms out towards Moria. "Gum-Gum Jet Rocket!"

What caught my eye, was the shadows leaking out of Moria from the impact of the attack.

"Gum-Gum Jet Bazooka!" He slammed his hands into Moria's chest, more shadows leaving. He did the same attack over and over, more and more shadows coming out. Seems he realized it too. All we need to do is keep attacking Moria until all the shadows come out!

Moria's loosing consciousness so he's loosing control of the shadows he stole, too!" Usopp concluded. "Not even he's powerful enough for his mind to handle that many shadows at once!"

"Now Brick... Bat!" Moria shouted out an attack of his own, shadow bats appearing. They started surrounding Straw Hat, encasing him into a box. "I call that one the Black Box!"

He slammed his fist onto the box, crushing it into the wall of the mansion. There's no way he survived that...

The box, landed on the ground, crumpled, as Moria went to stomp on it. "Consider this your punishment!" His foot slammed down, and when it came back up I saw the box flying up in the air, Straw Hats arm appearing through the smoke and dust.

I turned away from the sight, not wanting to see it. I don't want to see anymore people die in front of me.

"You gotta know your place in the world, kid. Nails that stick out. They're only askin' to get hammered back in!" Moria continuously stomped his foot into the ground, shaking it. This is overkill...

"Luffy!" I heard Usopp shout, as I felt the tremors of Moria stomping the ground stop.

I turned back around, seeing the pancaked box. What I wasn't expecting was for the box to be thrown up and away, Straw Hat crouched on the ground unharmed.

"Wha- but how..." I mumbled to myself.

Straw hat gasped for breath a few times. "Maybe I am a little snot. A nail that sticks out. But I'll tell you this... No one will ever hammer me down!"

"You really believe that, don't you? It's almost impressive how damn arrogant you are, kid. What the hell makes you think you're so indestructible?" Moria asked amused.

"Cause rubber bounces back." He replied, not missing a beat. "Mark my words. I'm gonna make you spit out all those shadows."

Straw Hat blew his fist large again."Whoa! He's gonna bump it up to third gear?" The blue haired man exclaimed, shocked.

"What is he out of his mind? You gotta stop, Luffy, you're going way too far! Do you remember what happened the last time you used that?" Usopp shouted, worried. "You can't handle it!"

What are they talking about?

"Gum-Gum... Giant Jet Shell!" Ignoring Usopp, he lunged forward, smashing into Moria's throat.

Noticing the shadows, Moria covered his mouth, stopping them. "You're not going anywhere! I'm in control here! Listen to me, shadows! I am your master and you will obey me! Now get back in here!"

"Can you hear me, my shadow?" The pink haired woman spoke up. "Come back, right now! I'm waiting for you! Now return to me!"

I see what she's doing. Maybe if they command their shadows, it'll listen and return... not bad.

"We've been together ever since birth! We were born as one! You don't belong to him! We belong together! Please return to me!" She continued to shout out.
