This story is a period piece set during the 1880s of the Joseon Dynasty. Due to its historical nature, I have included author's notes with vocabulary and further explanations. I did my best to try to keep details historically accurate except for when they affected the storyline. I had great fun developing the spunky character of Flora as well as the relationship between her and Park Jimin, and I hope you will enjoy reading about them as much as I did writing about them.
