The Popular & The Nerd

Chapter 3

Luke's POV

I was walking to my next class while I was thinking of Stephanie... She's just so.. Perfect

On my way to class I heard a few jocks and kids make fun of me and look but I was way to deep in thought to care.

When I got there I saw 3 other guy's waiting. One had brown hair with hazel eyes, another one had black hair with dark brown eyes and the last one had crazy hair color with brown eyes. They must have noticed me staring because they look't back

"Uhh sorry I just don't know where to sit" I said nervously
"It's all right mate. Your new here right? I'm Calum" the one with black hair said
"I'm Ashton" the other one with brown hair said and wave
"And I'm Michael" the one with crazy hair said with a smile
"Well I'm Luke.. Nice to meet you guys" I smiled back
"You could either join us or consider us as nerd's because that what everyone does..." Said Calum
"Well then I'll join you guys because I'm also a nerd" I said and sat down with them
"Good" they smiled
"But I do have to ask... Everyone treats you badly? Even Stephanie and her friend Yaina?" I ask hoping they would say no... Stephanie is the perfect girl and I'm starting to have a crush on her...
"Well no they are our friend's but they are the most popular girl's in school.." Ashton said
"Yeah they are popular but they are the super most nicest girl's ever especial Stephanie she never EVER judges a book by it's cover she'll take time reading them and be friends with them" Michael said smiling
"Yeah. To bad she has a jerk of a boyfriend... But Yaina? Wow I'd like to just bang that all day" Calum said and then blushed at his choice of words

I smiled at them but my heart slightly broke inside... Stephanie has a boyfriend and that suck's. The teacher walk't in and started giving us our lesson while I doodled Stephanie..

Oh god I'm crushing on her hard...

Stephanie's POV

It was finally lunch time so me and Yaina walk't over to our table where our "friends" where. I sat in my usual spot with Yaina next to me when I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder. It was Jack

"Hey baby" he said and kissed me
"Uh hi.." I said noticing he kinda smelled sweet...girl sweet I may add.
"Did you see the new kid?! He is such a nerd!!" He laugh't with his friends and I felt my blood boil
"Um excuse me but his name is Luke and his a nice guy. You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover." I said slightly mad
"Heh babe who cares? It's not like it matters his still gonna get bullied and made fun of the same way" Jack said with a shrug and a 'idgaf' look
"Maybe if you spend more time meeting the people and getting to know them you wouldn't need to bully them!" I said a bit more angry
"Ugh whatever Stephanie I swear some times you can be such a bitch!" He growled and he kicked my leg harshly

I stood up with my lunch and bag and headed over to the table with the 'nerds' I could hear Yaina following close behind.

"What happen'd?" She whispered
"He kicked me rather harshly I know he wanted to hit me so I left" I shrugged
"Stephanie I think you should leave him already... I mean this isn't the first time he has hit you" she sighed by the end of her sentence we came to the 'nerds' table

They look't up and smiled

"Hey guy's can we sit here?" I smiled shyly because Luke keep't smiling brightly
"Yeah you girl's are always invited here" Ashton said

I toke a seat next to Luke and Yaina took a seat next to Calum blushing I couldn't help but giggle.

"Watch a giggling at?" Miachel ask't and I saw Yaina's eyes widen
"Oh nothing just at two people that love each other that are scared to say what they feel to each other" I said hiding a giggle
"You are some weird girl" Ashton said

I all of a sudden felt a hand slip into mine and interlace our fingers together. I look't next to me and saw Luke's hand in mine. I couldn't help but blush same as Luke. I smiled at him and turned back to Yaina where she gave me a weird look. I just got my phone and texted her

Text convo:

Me: Luke is holding my hand!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍
Yaina: OMG REALLY!? Wait. What about Jack? You know, your bf the asshole?
Me: ugh let's not talk about him let me enjoy my time with Luke
Yaina: okay okay. OH MY FUCKING GOD! Calum just placed his hand in mine!!!!!!!!!!!
Me: 😏😏😏😏😏
Yaina: oh shut it you!

I look't up and send Yaina a wink witch she giggled at. I notice Luke staring at me so I just kissed his cheek and he blushed a deep red.

Oh how this boy is driving me crazy.
