In a local hospital you could see 2 children crying in the arms of there mother as thier father stood smirking at her bedside
Endeavor: I have a good feeling about these ones rei
She didnt pay him any mind and looked into the eyes of her children
One had red and white hair split down the middle
The other pure white, it almost glowed
Rei: their beautiful, aren't they?
Endeavor: I'm sure at least one will be perfect, they will surpass all might
REI glared at him but he didnt notice he was to focused on the children
Nurse: alright miss Todoroki, I need to take your beautiful baby's to make sure there healthy
Rei cringed when she said Todoroki but smiled soon after
Rei: thank you nurse
She carefully handed over both baby's
Nurse oh what are there names
REI was about to speak but
The dual haired one will be named shoto
He smiled
Rei: the other will be named izuku
The nurse nodded and left with the boys
Endeavor: what are you doing, they need strong names in order to be strong
Rei: you've named the others, I wanted izuku to be special
Endeavor: you named the girl
Rei: you dont even know her name
Endeavor: whatever when my son becomes strong I wont need you anymore
And with that he left the room
REI looked at him with rage but it slowly turned to shame as he left
Shame that she couldn't do anything to protect her own kin
Izukus and shoto's lives were fairly normal for the first 4 years but only the other children noticed that rei prefers izuku and endeavor prefers shoto
While rei took care of the children almost completely, and that being 5 children was really hard
The eldest, touya, was always being harshly trained by endeavor do to his fire quirk
but luckily the second eldest fuyumi stepped up and tryed helping rei with cleaning while natsu focused more on studies then anything else but they knew that there father didnt care about them anymore
Izuku was always a happy child while shoto was rather distant
But they still enjoyed each others company and often played together
That was until they turned 4
The boys sat in the hospital with there father
Doctor: well I have the results of there test
Endeavor: well go on then
Doctor: well izuku here has a powerful ice quirk
Endeavor: another failure
Izuku looked at his father with confusion
Izuku: failure?
He said quietly
Doctor: and shoto has half hot half cold
Endeavor: YEEESSSS!
He said spewing fire
