vampire crush?

-y/n's pov-

I just moved to White Chapel, my mom got a new job. She says she's getting paid well so she plans on staying here for a while. We move a lot, my mom is just never satisfied, so we might not even stay here that long, but I don't know anyone here anyways so I don't really care. We moved into an apartment complex, we moved next to a high school, it's the one I'll be attending to. White Chapel already seems like a weird place, but who knows maybe I'll like it here.

I start to unpack my things, then I hear people yelling at each other outside! I look out my window to see who was yelling, it was two boys, they had dark brown hair, and they seemed like high schoolers, I wonder if they go to the high school I'm going to. I try to listen in on their conversation to see what they were yelling about. "so wait, let me get this straight, YOUR BABYSITTER IS A VAMPIRE!?" one of the boys yelled, "Benny! keep your voice down, someone could here you! and I mean she seemed like a vampire to me-" the other boy said. A vampire? weird...

*time skip to first day of school*

so, today is my first day at my new high school. I'm pretty nervous, I mean I switch schools often so it's always something new which is kind of scary... I walk into the school, looking around, I wasn't paying attention and I accidentally bumped into people. "oh my gosh, I'm sorry-" I say, oh wow, it was the two boys I saw from yesterday, "Oh no worries!" one of them said to me, "helloooo hot stuff-" the other one said to me, "I'm Benny." he winked at me, i smiled at Benny, "nice to meet you!" I say, "hi, I'm Ethan! you're new here aren't you?" Ethan asked, I give him a small smile, "oh yeah, I'm new.." I say awkwardly, they both smile at me, "so, what's your name?" Benny asks, smirking at me, oh my gosh he's such a flirt- "my name is y/n!" I say smiling, the boys smiled even bigger, "well welcome to our high school y/n!" Ethan said.

so, Ethan and Benny are pretty cool, they are definitely nerds though, but super sweet. I decided to look for my locker, once I found it I tried walking over to it but another boy jumped in front of me, "oh my God, you scared me-" I exclaimed, "are you new?" the boy said, he was kind of cute, he had blonde hair and green eyes. "yeah..." I say, as i try to inch towards my locker, he follows closely after me, he has a big grin on his face, "oh! well what's your name??" he asked, his smile getting bigger, I couldn't help but smile back, "its y/n!" I say, as i put my books in my locker, "I'm Rory! it's very nice to meet you!" he says while staring at me, i swear he started levitating... Benny and Ethan ran over to us, Ethan shoving Rory back down on his feet, "oh hey y/n" Ethan said nervously, "hey.." I said suspiciously.

-Rory's pov-

"Dude! y/n can't know you're a vampire, you can't go around levitating when you see them..." Ethan said, "why not!? they're hot-" I say, rolling my eyes. "Because Rory, their new here, what if they tell people there's vampires in White Chapel..." Ethan said in a serious tone, "whatever, but I totally need to talk to them again.." I smiled, "hey! I saw them first!" Benny said, I hissed at Benny, he totally flinched, "back off Benny!" I say and I walk off, I went to go search for y/n.

It was lunch time, I couldn't really talk to y/n in class but I saw them at lunch! oh my god... Benny and Ethan already beat me to it. I walk over to their table, "HEY! can I sit with you guys?" I say smiling, y/n smiled at me and nodded, Benny rolled his eyes. "Benny and Ethan were actually just talking about having a movie night! you should totally come!" they said, "uh well I don't know, Rory is probably busy-" Benny said glaring at me. "Oh no I'm completely free!" i say inching closer to y/n. y/n smiled at me, they have such a cute smile-

-y/n's pov-

Oh my gosh, I actually made friends! These guys are so sweet, they invited me to watch a movie, i asked Rory if he wanted to come because i may have a little crush on him... but anyways, I'm on my way to Ethan's house, i suddenly felt a gust of wind behind me, and then Rory just appeared. "Gosh Rory, you really have to stop sneaking up on me!" I laugh, "where'd you even come from anyways?" i asked, "uhhh, I ran... super fast, yeah! uh, i didn't wanna be late!" he said nervously, "so uh, can we walk together?" he said smiling, his cheeks were pink, he was totally blushing- "yeah sure!" I say, smiling.

Rory and I made it to Ethan's house, I knocked on the door. Benny answered, "oh hey Benny!" i say smiling, "hello hottie!" he winked at me, "come on in!" he said, i smiled and walked in to see Ethan on the couch with a girl, "hey Ethan!" i say smiling, "oh hey y/n! this is Sarah by the way, she's my-" "BABYSITTER!" benny yelled and laughed, Ethan rolled his eyes. wait, his babysitter? Is that the same one they were talking about that day? "nice to meet you Sarah!" i say smiling, "nice to meet you too!" she smiled back at me. I sat next to Ethan and Rory immediately sat next to me, with a huge smile.

Benny decided to order pizza, it was running super late. when it finally came Benny opened the door for the pizza guy, the pizza guy was no ordinary pizza guy, he tried to attack Benny, I gasped and before i could do or say anything Rory got in front of me to protect me, "Rory! what are you doing!?" i yell, it got the pizza guys attention and he ran over to Rory and I, Rory started hissing at him, he had FANGS!? and apparently so did the pizza guy, Sarah started attacking him and it gave Rory enough time to take me out of Ethans house. He looked at me in fear, "oh no, no no no, this isn't good!" he said, "what is going on Rory!?" i asked, he wasn't answering me, he was still freaking out, "Rory!" i say grabbing his hand, he looked at me, "tell me what's going on... please..." i said, Rory frowned, "y/n... what all did you see?" he asked nervously, "uh i don't know, the pizza guy had fangs and so did you, and Sarah!" i said anxiously, tearing up, "y/n.." Rory said as he held my hand, "please calm down.." he said, "calm down!? how am i supposed to calm down when a guy with FANGS tried to attack me!" i say getting more anxious.

"Listen to me y/n Sarah and I aren't exactly normal..." Rory says, before i could say anything Benny and Ethan run out of the house, "DUDE! that vampire almost bit your face off!" Benny exclaimed, Ethan's eyes widened, "BENNY!" he yelled at him, "VAMPIRE!?" i scream, I look back over at Rory, "y-y-you're a..." i studder, Rory frowned and looked away from me.

Sarah ran out of the house, "okay, the vampire is gone-" she looked at me, "oh- uh.." she looked at Ethan and Benny, "I wanna go home..." i say, still shaking from all the fear. "here I'll take you home" Ethan offered, I nod since my house was only a few blocks away he walked with me to my house. "Ethan..." i say, "look y/n i know what just happened back there was crazy, but please don't tell anyone what you saw...." he said in a worried tone, I look at him, "your babysitter, and R-Rory... are vampires?" i say in disbelief, Ethan nodded, "you weren't supposed to know..." he frowned, "the more people know, the more my friends are in danger..." he said in a serious tone. "I won't tell anyone Ethan..." I say, "I promise..." I reassured him, he smiled softly.
