zombie?

Y/N POV

Another boring day at school, I could seriously fall asleep in this class...
The teacher was acting really weird, he looked more exhausted than me. I roll my eyes and sigh, B-R-A-I-N he spelt on the chalkboard. Weirdo... thank God the bell rang, I quickly get out of my seat and leave the classroom. I bumped into Sarah, "hey!" I say smiling at her, "heyy! how are you?" she says returning the smile, "well good for the most part, I'm bored out of my mind really, and the teacher is acting like a totally zombie.." I say, "zombie?!" Benny walks over to us,"yes Benny, there's a zombie lose in the school." I say sarcastically, Benny rolls his eyes, "man, I really wanted to see a zombie.." he frowns, we all walk down the hallway, the principal is also acting weird, hm interesting. I didn't really think anything of it, "hello sweet stuff!" Rory jumped in front of me, "hello Rory!" I say, he kisses my cheek and takes my hand.

*timeskip after school*

"so like something really weird is going on y/n." Sarah said over the phone.
"What's going on?" I say, sitting on my bed, "well I was kinda on a date-" I cut her off, "A DATE?!" i yell, she giggles over the phone, "yes y/n but that's besides the point.." she says getting back to her serious tone, "someone at the coffee shop tried to attack me.." she says, "but they weren't normal, they were acting really weird.. and their skin it was pale and gross..." she continued. I thought for a moment, that's weird, that's what teachers at school looked like too, "oh hold up, Ethan's calling!" she said quickly and hung up. I laughed, she won't admit it but she totally has a crush on him. After a while Ethan texts me " in the science lab, help!!" I roll my eyes I really don't feel like going back to school. "what is it this time Ethan?" i respond, and of course he leaves me on read. I sigh and grab my coat and walk to school.

I get to the front doors of the school and I see a student, they look sick... maybe the whole zombie thing wasn't a joke after all. I try to walk past them but they grab me and try to bite me, "ugh get off of me!!" I yell, they only tried harder to bite me. "HELP!" I yell desperately trying to free myself from their grip. There was a giant gust of wind and the zombie person was pushed into a wall, as i regained focus I saw the Rory had them pinned to the wall, his fangs out, he stepped away from them and ran over to me. "Are you okay??" he says examining me closely for any wounds. "Yeah i'm good..." I say, "thanks for your help.." I sigh in relief. "Of course!" he says proudly, I realized what i came here for, "Benny and Ethan are in trouble!" I yell, I ran over to the doors and rushed to the science lab.

I get there and there's a sworm of zombies, "ugh you gotta be kidding me!" I say, "it's not safe here y/n..." Rory said grabbing my hand. I text Ethan, "cant get in, zombies crowded by the door..." he texts back instantly, "it's okay i think we have a solution, just stay safe!" I look a Rory, he stands in front of me to protect me. "Hope they come up with something soon..." he says, unfortunately we weren't paying attention, I feel a sharp pain on my arm. I turn around quickly, "OW!" I gasp, "i-it bite me!" I say, unfortunately my yelling caused all the zombies to look over at us. "Stay back y/n.." Rory says standing his ground. He hisses at all of them, they seem scared of this so they still keep distance. I run to the bathroom, I'm sweating and i look visibly sick... I can't fight the feelings anymore, the only thought I had was, "brainnnns.." I say walking out of the bathroom back to the science lab.

-Rory's POV-

I didn't really see were y/n went off too, I start to look for them.
I unfortunately bump into what i thought was y/n, they had already been turned into a zombie... "awe come on!" I say angrily, "It's gonna be okay y/n" I try to walk up to them. "brainnnns.." they say, I keep my distance from them, although a vampire zombie sounds sick, I have to resist.

-third person POV-

Y/n walked towards the science lab with the other zombies, they were reaching their hands through the small opening, Ethan and Benny kept trying to spray them with the fire extinguisher. Eventually Sarah made it super cold in the school, the zombies started laying on the floor, "I think it worked..." Ethan says cheerfully looking at Benny holding up his hand waiting for a high five, Benny smiled weakly and gave him a high-five. He was still recovering from being a zombie.

Sarah ran back to the science lab, she saw y/n. "y/n, hey! you okay?" she says helping her up, "I think so... what happened?" they asked, Sarah explained the whole thing and helped y/n stand up, "ugh my head..." they say holding their head. Rory runs up to y/n and hugs them, "you okay??" he says with concern, y/n nods slowly. Rory walks y/n out of the school, "you okay Benny?" Sarah said, he gave a weak smile. Ethan held Benny as the three of them walked out of school.

-Y/n's POV-

Ugh my head is killing me, Rory is carrying me home, he's literally such a sweetheart.
We get to my house and he lays me on the couch, he rushes to get medicine for me head and some water. "Okay, take these!" he says, I take the medicine and just lie there. Rory strokes my hair softly helping me fall asleep. I close my eyes and slowly fall asleep.

I wake up, Rory's still here. "Good morning!" he smiled, I smile softly, "good morning Rory.." I say, I still feel a bit weak from last night. "How do you feel my love?" he says sweetly, his eyes focused on me, I blush softly, "I feel much better..." I say, he smiles and nods. I slowly get up and decided to take a shower, "I'm gonna take a shower, I smell like zombie!" I laugh, he laughs, "alright! we'll do you need anything else?" he asked, "could you stay.. I'll take a quick shower I promiseeeee!" I say pouting playfully, he laughs, "I'll stay!" he said excitedly. I smile and leave to take a shower, as promised I took a quick one and got clean clothes on. "Hey, you hungry?" I ask Rory, he looks at me confused. "Oh yeah, vampires don't need to eat..." I face palm, he laughs and I laugh with me. "We'll I'm starving!" I say walking to the kitchen, I make a sandwich. Rory walks into the kitchen and hugs me from behind, "you smell good." he says happily, I blush like crazy, "thank you.." I say with a smile, "of course!" he says kissing my cheek softly. I turn around and kiss him, "you're so pretty.." he says, I look away and smile, he lifts my chin up and makes eye contact with me. He kisses me again, I smile and turn back to my sandwich. We decided to watch a movie, we cuddle in closely, i lay my head on his shoulder.
