Chapter Nine

I opened my eyes to a whole different room. Average sized and almost everything was white. My room!! I got up and flew out of the room and frowned when I saw Ariel, Daye, Edward, and Thomas. "Why aren't you happy to see us?" Daye asked with a smirk, you're leaving today anyway. My dad got up and I jumped on him hugging him tight. "I missed you too." He said hugging me tight. My dad put me down. "Why am I leaving today? Why can't I go tomorrow or in a week?" I asked. "Because our world got used to you. The environmen got used to you so much when you leave the world might actually fall apart." Ariel said.

"You're the mother of all creatures." Daye said sitting down on the edge of my couch. "That's a big responsibility Jennifer, I remember when you were in sixth grade when it was your turn to take care that class bunny." My dad started. My cheeks started burning up. "No dad! Please don't tell the story!!" I said trying to cover his mouth but he grabbed my hands. "She forgot to feed it and it died and we had to buy a replacement." My dad finished and chuckled.

Edward smirked. "That's adorable." Edward thought. I blushed at his thought. "I'm gonna go out." I said as I headed to shower.

I stepped outside and looked at my neighborhood. It was the same as before I left. There was Bob mowing his lawn, Stan yelling at his daughter for using up all her money on her credit card, some elders playing cards, and Chase walking down the street. I made my eyes wider. Chase walking down the street. I tried running but it was too late he waved at me. "I thought you said next week." Chase said stopping in front of me. I just stood there letting the wind blow my hair while I put some behind my ear.

"So did you change your mind and forgot to tell me?" He asked. I looked down at my shoes. "Stop giving me a silent treatment!!" He yelled which made me look up. "Who the hell do you think you're yelling at?" I snapped at him. He looked away and smirked. "And who the hell do you think you're talking with that attitude." He said giving me a jerkish smile while trying to wrap his arms around me but I pushed him away. He gave a look then shook me. "Don't you understand? I'm the one you need. I'm sorry because I fucked up!" He yelled at me. I tried pulling out but his grip was too strong. I started tearing up. "Get away from me Chase!!!" I screamed.

"Get away from her." A voice said behind me. I realized it was Edward when he walked up behind him. Chase laughed. "And what are you going to do about it?" Chase asked. Edward pushed Chase so hard he flew across the street. "Edward, calm down. You're going to expose yourself." I said taking his arm. He turned to me and his eyes were red.

I couldn't stop him, it was too late. Edward bit me. Edward bit me. I quickly pushed him away and touched the two holes he left in my neck. A tear fell out of my eye because the pain really hurts. It really hurts.

I woke up back in the room in Edward's house. I groaned, I woke up with such a headache. I went and took a shower. I put on a tank top and sweatpants. I went to the kitchen and everyone was there waiting cereal. "How long was I out?" I asked. "About three days." Ariel said. "What happened?" I asked yawning. "I don't know." Edward said with his down. "Shut up Edward. You do know." Thomas snapped. "What happened?" I asked again. "Edward bit you, he tried to make you his." Daye answered. "He tried to own you." Ariel said. I looked over at Edward who shrugged. "Why would you do that?" I asked. "I did it so I could protect you." He said getting up. "Protect me from what?" I asked. "You don't need to know okay." He said walking to his room.

"You're so bipolar!" I yelled after him. He continued walking ignoring me. I ran after him then punched him on his back. I wish i thought twice about doing that. He turned around quickly with his ages turning red. "Try me. This time I won't be throwing you across the walls." He said grabbing me by the shoulders. I helped but put my head up. "I dare you Edward. Throw me around like a worthless piece of shit one more time and I'll have you in the hospital in two minutes." I said coldly. I could hear someone drop a fork. "Oh it's on." He said.

I was in the waiting room in the hospital shocked. Did I really just do that to Edward? "You know, you could have just healed him yourself." Thomas said. "No, let him suffer." Daye said laughing. Ariel gasped and smacked her on the leg. "What? It was funny! You should have saw Edward's face!" Daye said laughing even harder. Everyone thought about it and burst out laughing. Thomas laughed so hard he was calling like a retarded dolphin. (A/n: please don't get offended. I love dolphins)

The nurse said we could go in the room Edward was in so we did. "Nice hospital room." Daye said. "Shut up." Edward snapped. I burst out laughing making everyone else laugh. "I don't even know how she got so powerful." Edward said sitting up ignoring our laughs. "Well, you do get on her nerves. So I guess you deserve it." Thomas said chuckling. "Well, one day she'll need me, and I know exactly when." Edward said leaving a cold shiver down my spine while he looked straight at me.

Hey guys!!!! Sorry for the late update. I have testing for math. But tomorrow is the last day and that means faster updates I hope!!!!!!!

I'm planning on ending the story on a chapter like 20-25. I'm not sure.

But I'm definitely writing a new story after that so message me or comment here about new story ideas I should write about!!!
