Last week you met Lando Norris at a meeting in London. The company you work for occasionally does marketing for McLaren, and this time your company got to do some work with the racing outfit. A few days later you get a text message.

You never expected this, Lando who wants to go on a date with you. You agree to go for a drink in London on Thursday night and Lando will pick you up at your flat. Around the appointed time you hear a sports car pull up under your window. It's a papaya McLaren, you can't miss it. So the date was no joke! With red cheeks you open the door. "Hey Y/N, are you ready to go with me?" asks Lando. "Yeah, I'll just grab my purse and then we can go," you say.
After a short ride in the McLaren, you arrive at a super cool restaurant you've never heard of. "Wow, how did you come up with the idea of going here?" you ask Lando. "Only the best for my date," he says and grabs your hand and walks in with you. Inside you just still don't know what hit you. Lando has some kind of "celeb status" and you are quite normal. "You seem to be lost in thought." says Lando and he looks at you. "Sorry, I'm just wondering why we are sitting here and why you want to go on a date with me. Do you do this often?" you ask. Lando smiles and says nothing for a moment, "I'm a little attracted to you, it's very silly but I just wanted to take the risk of asking you out.".
You swallow: "Okay that's not what I expected. Not that I don't like it, I would like to get to know you. I think you're an interesting person." You turn red as you start to rattle with nerves. "An interesting person, seriously?" you think.
"We'll just take it slow and see how it goes." laughs Lando and takes your hand from the table. "In any case, I'm enjoying myself, I just feel comfortable with you." he says.
After you have finished eating, you are actually very disappointed. You don't want this date to end. You get back in the car and notice that you are not driving to your flat. "Where are you going?" you ask Lando. "You'll see soon enough," says Lando with a twinkle in his eye. And indeed soon you see lights looming in the distance. "OMG the fair?" you shout. Lando smiles at you. You quickly get out of the car and look at Lando with a big smile on your face. "This is really super!" you yell.

Together you will go into as many attractions as possible and try to win stuffed animals. "Are you in the mood for cotton candy?" asks Lando. "Always!" you smile. You feel incredibly happy and joyful during the time you spend together. You don't want to dwell on the fact that it's almost over. "I really want this more often, I really feel very good with you." Whispers Lando in your ear. "I really want that too," you say with a glow.
"We have to go home," says Lando. You look at the ground "thanks for today, Lando.
Together you drive to your apartment. there you both stay in the car for a while. The affection between you can be felt. "Do you want to have a drink upstairs or something?" you ask. "Yes, let's do that." says Lando smiling. And that question leads to another very nice evening and night with Lando.
