Chapter 02: Body Creation

When I read his entire label I was amazed, 'What, with this, I can travel freely through the multiverse'.

With a curious thought, I walked over to it and stood right in front of the cube. As I grabbed it, the cube turned into crimson energy that entered my pores. Instantly my face turned pale, but I only felt a small tingle in my soul that soon faded.

I wanted to check my insides with my senses, but an almost transparent crimson screen with black letters appeared in front of me.

[Initiating connection with the host.

Connection in progress: 10% - 20% .....90% - 100%.

Connection established].

"What is this?", I asked, I raised my hand trying to touch the screen, but my hand passed it leaving a rippling surface as if I had touched the surface of the water, nothing happened. I withdrew my hand again.

"Hehe, don't worry. It won't hurt you. It's just a system I made when I was bored."

Although I was curious about this 'system', the texts that replaced the previous text listing, caught my attention more.

* Status: shows all the physical and mental statistics of the host in numerical form, also included are the names up to the skills and techniques you possess.

* Storage: an option where the host can store all non-living matter and take it out at will whenever he wants.

* Inspection: grants a special vision to the user to observe the basic states of all existences.

* Assimilation: with assimilation, the host is unnoticed by the laws of the world and thus can learn the techniques and skills of that world without limitation.

* Feelings: shows the emotional and sentimental state of existence towards the host.

* Multiverse Walker: once a year, the host can choose the worlds or Verses he wishes to visit.

When I finished reading it, the Goddess, or Levana, took a few small hops and stopped near me as she bowed. Her face of her was just inches from mine.

"How are you doing, did you like it? If you want, I can make the best system ever."

Undeterred by her divine beauty, I asked, "So what is this system you mentioned?".

Levana simply explained briefly with a shrug.

What Levana explained to me about the system was that it was a treasure made by some gods to gift to someone interesting to them or someone they have chosen, although mine was a bit inferior due to not having a <store> function or other functions that many other systems had. But again, I didn't need a store because I will choose enough items from these shelves full of treasures. I then asked her if she ever made something similar to give someone as a gift but she simply shook her head telling me that if I wanted one, she would gladly do it, even though I declined from her.

Why?, it was simply because for me it was something quite powerful, while it is quite important to quickly increase one's strength, I was also confident in myself, I wanted to have fun and not get bored on the way. With the Multiversal Journey option of my <System> along with my race, it's more than enough to make me stronger.

Humming an unfamiliar song, I sent a command towards my system to execute the <Inspection> option.

Instantly, a crimson panel appeared in front of me displaying the description of a ring I was looking at.
