Are We still Best friends......?

Is this the End???

   It looked like everything was fine Aayush adn Sonam were best friends like before but things are not going to be same because some interesting turns were about to happen.

  Aayush and Sonam were happy again. They were back again and started talking daily. The more they talked the stronger Aayush's feelings grew stronger. They painted together and Aayush used to hang out with boys less and less because they were talking nonsense again. One day Sonam's favourite celebrity died and Sonam was upset. She told about it to Aayush and Aayush again comforted her. She was devastated. Aayush tried his best to cheer her up. After sometimes Sonam was fine again. It was the month of December and it was about Christmas time and Sonam had to attend carol and practice her performamce for Christmas. She did not have much time to talk. Aayush understood it and just texted her when she was free. Soon it was Christmas time and Aayush wished Sonam in sweetest way. Sonam liked it. Sonam said," I'll be at Christmas party and will be home late." Aayush said," Oh okay just take care of yourself and text me when you get home." Aayush waited for Sonam. That day Sonam came home late night around 11 PM and texted Aayush," I am home." Aayush was awake and replied," Wow, but so late." Sonam." Yeah, it was a long celebration." Aayush," How did you performance went?" Sonam," Oh, it went well." Aayush," Wow, you must be tired?" Sonam," Yes, I'll go to sleep okay my legs are hurtung." Aayush," Okay good night." Sonam," Goodnight."

   Aayush always texted Sonam first good morning and last good night. Knowing that Sonam was fine Aayush could sleep well without overthinking. Things looked fine Sonam and Aayush were like same as before but somewhere their friendship was becoming dull from Sonam's side. Aayush probably thought that it was her mood swings but it was different this time. It was their vacation and it was January 1st at new year eve Aayush texted Sonam at mid night and wished," HAPPU NEW YEAR." Sonam replied in sweet way," Thank you so much." They haven't seen each othe since Christmas because of their vacation. They only talked in texts. After 4 months from Christmass their friendship began to fall apart. Soman used to ignore Aayush's texts and Aayush did not know why however, Aayush always texted her and asked about her if she was fine adn how her day went. As the days passed Sonam's replies were getting shorter and shorter Aayush thought she might be busy and she will text her in her free time but that never happened infact their distance keep increasing.

 One day Aayush tried to call Sonam but she did not picked up. Aayush tried again but again she did not picked up. Aayush kept trying but there was no response from Sonam and she was online. Suddenly Sonam texted," Why you kept calling me?, don't you get that I am busy?" Aayush," Sorry I saw you online and thought you finished your works." Sonam," I have lots of work to do." Aayush," You did not tell me so I did not know, Sorry." Sonam," I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING I DO." Aayush could feel the anger in Sonam's text but he did not know why she was angry. Aayush tried to be nice but Sonam texted," I need to sleep, goodnight." Aayush thought it was better to leave her alone for now and he also texted," Good night." Aayush saw that Sonam was still online but he did not texted her. He thought that she will be fine by tomorrow. Next day morning Aayush texted," Good morning." but Sonam replied late inspite of being online.

  Things were slipping out of hands but Aayush tried to hold it because he did not want to loose her friendship at any cost.

  From that day Sonam and Aayush talked less Sonam always said she needed to sleep and stayed online till late nights. One day Aayush shared a best friend quote sayung" BEST FRIENDS ARE THERE TO  DISTURB AND CARE FOR THEIR BESTFRIENDS." Sonam saw that and said," Sometimes I feel irritate by your texts." Aayush," Haha.... that's what bestfriends are for." Sonam," But sometimes it feels too much and I get irritate." Aayush thought she was joking and said," That's what a bestfriend does."

   One night Aayush texted Sonam and said," Are you okay?" Sonam, "Yeah, I am good." Aayush nowdays you don't talk to me like before." Sonam," What am I suppose to say?" Aayush," Just like before where we could talk about anything for hours." Sonam," I don't like to talk now." Aayush could not take and he confessed his love," I don't know what had happened to you but seeing you like this makes me uncomfortable because I love you." Aayush said. Sonam," LOVE??? SINCE WHEN?" Aayush," From the very beginning when I saw you upset for the first time." Sonam," You're kidding right?" Aayush," I am telling the truth, I love you more than you could imagine." Deep down Sonam also knew that Aayush loved her because she could see that Aayush could do anything for her but she kept ignoring Aayush's feeling. Elina again listened to Aayush's words and did not cared at all. She said," Please talk normally I don't like it." Aayush thought it would be better if they talked normally and he tried to act normal. But things were not same as before  no matter how much normal Aayush talked day by day Sonam's behaviour was becoming cold toward Aayush but he thought he could make the things same as before. One night Sonam said good night early because she had some works to do. Later at mid night Aayush saw Sonam was still online. Then in morning Aayush asked," You were online yesterday but you did not texted me." Sonam," Yeah, I was online do you have any problem with that?" Aayush could not say anything and he changed the topic to something else.

  Seeing that Aayush always tried to change Sonam's behaviour and tried to cheer her up. But no matter how hard Aayush tried Sonam was becoming more and more cold. On other hand Aayush did not wanted to give up his friendship and he kept trying. He kept texting sweet and funny messages but Sonam kept ignoring them. 

   One night Aayush texted Sonam with some funny stuff but Sonam replied so furiously," Why why keep texting me?" Aayush ," What happened to you?" Sonam," Nothing I am fit and fine." Aayush," Then why are you ignoring me?" Sonam," Because I don't want to talk that's why." Aayush," So you don't want to talk to me?" Sonam," Please don't text me right now." Aayush," You know how much I love you and I don't even know why are you ignoring me like this? I always tried my best to make  you happy and now it kills me seeing someone who understands me suddenly being so cold to me and I cannot understand what have I done wrong to make you this upset, but I don't care how much you ignore me or hurt me I am always gonna care about you."

   Sonam," Aghhhh.... will you please stop irritating me I am bored of texting you and I don't love you." This was text and one line was enough to break Aayush's heart not that" I DON'T LOVE YOU" but that "I AM BORED TEXTING YOU." remember who else said the same thing to Aayush. Yeah, it was from the past. Aayuah felt the same he felt he was again being replaced by someone else. Aayush did not dare to say anything for a moment. Aayush texted," So you are bored of me now?" Sonam," Yeah so please will you stop irritating me?" Aayush was silent for a moment and he texted Sonam," Okay I won't bother you anymore." Sonam," Thank you." Aayush," Can I ask you something?" Sonam," What is it?" Aayush," ARE WE STILL BESTFRIENDS?" Sonam did not say anything about it and texted," Goodnight." from then there was a huge gap between Aayush and Sonam they used to talk but not like the old days.

   Aayush still don't know that what are they, "Friends" , "Bestfriends" or "Strangers" who just replies to each other texts. That silence was a biggest mystery for Aayush. There is one saying, " WHAT NEVER CHANGES, WHEN EVERYTHING CHANGES? IT'S LOVE"

 Same like that Aayush's love for Sonam never changed. He still texts Sonam and ask her if she's fine or not and he still cares about her.

   The ending might be cliffhanging but Aayush never ended his friendship or stop loving Sonam. No one knows what would happen in future. There is a saying," A SMALL BLINK OF LIGHT IS ENOUGH IN THE DARKNESS TO HAVE HOPE" 

 Just like that Aayush still have some hopes that their friendship will continue and last forever.
