Chapter 2 Part 2 Recovery !F

After hours have passed since your tea time with Shinobu. You have been thinking wildly on why she came at Kyojuro like that, strange.

The rain had stopped, but it made the atmosphere very humid and wet. Clouds still shrouded the sky and it was sunset. You know what that means...demons are gonna be loose soon. So with your goodbyes you left the butterfly estate, making your way back to your home through the dense forest. As you ran through the forest you still were conflicted.

"Shinobu...Rengoku did nothing wrong, why must you throw words at him?"
You questioned. You looked to the left and saw a butterfly, beautiful and majestic... you smiled at the tiny insect and continued to run back to your estate. The sun wasn't waiting and the night came, they are coming.

"Just my luck..."

Mist fell from the heavens and swallowed your vision, but you didn't let that stop you. You managed to see your estate from the dense mist. But two figures stood In your way, Coming fourth as grotesque demons. You are at a disadvantage. You are still healing from the injures and it limited how many sword swings you can do, without burning out.

You drew your katana and steadied your breathing. Without a hint of hesitation you leaped above the demons, ready to send them back to into the hell they crawled out of.
"Total concentration: (element) breathing: (number) for- ARGH!"
You screamed as you are jabbed in the gut where your wounds rested. You are sent flying into a tree and landing into the soggy wet ground. You felt your wounds burn from the jab as you struggled to stand up.
"L-Lucky shot...my turn."
You seethed as you tightened your grip on your blade. You got back on your legs and waited for the demons which one charged at you.
Total concentration: (element) breathing: (number) form: (attack name)!
You said as you repelled the demon's attack and finished it off with a clean cut. At this point you had nothing left. Your wounds suppressed you and you fell to your knees, breathing barely. The last demon entered a blood rage and proceeded to charged at you. You tried to pick you sword up but was immediately met with a knee to your face. You fell backwards and you had white noise. The demon stood on top of you ready to finish you off. Dazed and confused and you are on death's edge, second wind kicked in and you kneed the demon's children. Grabbing your sword you jabbed it into the demon's gut. This only pissed it off even more as proceed to attempted to claw at you. Losing strength, the sword only thing holding the demon back. You fought well to the end.

A foot was met to the demon's face as it was sent flying away from you. You look to see the insect hashira standing in front of you. The demon quickly recovered and charged at her only to get stabbed in the neck with her sword. The demon slowly dying painfully as shinobu approached behind it. "Go to hell." She quietly commanded it. The demon stared into her eyes seeing the monster behind it, the demon fell over dead and dissolving.

"Moshi moshi, are you alright? Y/n?"

You are relieved that Shinobu saved you. No strength to speak, you can only breathe and look at her.
"ara ara, how did you get this hurt? Did you decide to fight demons again, while are still healing? She said. She walked up to you holding your head in her hand.
"Let's get this looked at, then we'll talk. Okay?" She said smiling

"Thank you Shinobu, but give me a break." You thought.

Time passed and you were transported back to butterfly estate: passed out
