"Jelyn! Angelo! You're working together!" Camille said angrily as she attempted to approach them.
Jelyn rolled her eyes as she stated, "Isn't it apparent, of course we're working together, but technically not at first since I kidnapped him.We're about to get to the interesting section of the chapter, but it's getting close to the conclusion," she continued, smiling. "Now, before your buddies arrive, let's get to the thrilling part where Angelo kisses you first."
"Don't touch her! You pervert!" Jordan yelled as he struggled to release himself from the chains.
Angelo shouted, "I am not a pervert!" as he punched Jordan in the stomach.
Jelyn screamed, "You idiot! Why did you punch Jordan!"
He inquired, "Oh, was I not supposed to?"
"You weren't!" she said, her eyes widening.
"Oops, my apologies. But, anyways," he maniacally laughed, "he can't spend your time trying to escape since Camille and him are getting slaughtered and you won't get your happy ending."
"You can't kill him either," Jelyn slapped Angelo, before whispering, "Since, I'm going to make him pick between kissing to be his girlfriend or killing to be dead," she added.
"All right," he said, smirking, "now, where were we? Ahh, yes, killing Camille," he added, slowly pointing the rifle at Camille's chin. "You best come here or it's bye-bye for her," he warned, showing them a timer.
They only have 10 minutes to save Camille, so they rushed out of the hospital and into Leif's car, which came to a halt just as they were ready to depart.
"If we're all going to help the others, who's going to stay with Alyssa?" he wondered.
"I'll wait with her while you two walk on and I'll call the cops," Clydesdale suggests. "But, where is their headquarters address?" he wonders.
"I'll text you the address so she won't know we called the cops," Leif explained.
"How did you get the address? Have you been working for her the entire time?" Elvira asked, pointing at him.
"Yes, I've been working with her this whole time," Leif groaned and nodded. "But, but, I'm on your side now."
Elvira continued pounding Leif from behind, yelling, "You liar! You faker! How could you have allowed this to happen! I don't believe you!"
"Believe me, I tried, but my feelings for her were simply too powerful to ignore the fact that she murdered two innocent people just to get Jordan, and she even tried to murder her own closest friend Alyssa," he revealed.
"No, you didn't! Alyssa was almost killed because of you!" Elvira cried, glaring at him. "You didn't do anything, you made everything worse, and you're not on anyone's side!" she continued solemnly.
"I realize my actions were terrible, but you have to believe me when I say that I've changed for Alyssa," Leif admitted, reaching for Elvira's hand.
But she turned it down and slammed the car door shut. "Out!" she exclaimed.
"What?" Leif inquires, perplexed by her behavior.
