*The Next Day*

Crystal POV:

"It's been five minutes and Mark is still asleep well I should probably go wake him up but before I do I've got to make him breakfast first" I've said as I got out the pots and pans I've started to begin cooking some pancakes, next the eggs,  the grits and lastly the bacon I've added some pepper into the grits and begin to mix them together as everything was cooking I've went upstairs and begin to awaken Mark from his sleep, I walked slowly over onto the bed and started to shake him "Mark, baby wake up, I've made some breakfast for you" after I've shaken him I've seen him squinting his eyes staring at me I could've tell he was waking up "What-what time is it?" He asked "Uh, it's 11:45 a.m, yeah it's past 5 minutes and you were still asleep" I've replied, He kissed me He got up and began to take his shower after he's finished he walked downstairs making his way down to the kitchen "Something small good in here, what you got cooking?"  He asks "Well.. I've got some bacon, grits,  eggs and pancakes, oh and orange juice in the fridge if you want some" I've replied He laughs "Don't be silly of course I need some orange juice there's no breakfast with the orange juice" he says "Your right about that nothing can go wrong without some orange juice with breakfast" I've replied. Our 5 year old comes downstairs rubbing her eyes she just awoken from her sleep "There's go my little princess" Mark says while picking her up he hug her and gave her a kiss "You okay,  How well did you sleep?" He then asked her she looked at him still rubbing her eyes ""i've-ive slept good daddy" she said "That's great princess,  did no monsters came out and get you did they?" He says jokingly "Daddy!?" She says "What I was just kidding, there ain't no monsters going to come after you" he says "and besides if anyone comes after you, you've me and Mommy to protect you by any means necessary" he added "Okay, what if there was a tall giant gorilla came after me,  would you protect me from the gorilla,  Daddy?" She asks "Good question,  one yes I will protect you from that and why would you want a gorilla to come after you?" He replied "Well come on you've gotta get something to eat, Mommy made us some breakfast" he added he sat her down to the table next to him and I couldn't help but to smile at her she was my angel,  my heart,  my princess, my everything and I loved her and I would do anything to protect her and I know Mark definitely will also.

Mark's POV:

"So, are you alright? Cris I mean like have you been sick or anything?" I've asked her she looks at me "To be honest I haven't felt any pain or anything in that matter I'm doing okay,  so far so good" she replied "That's good honey just trying to make sure nothing happens to the baby or to you" I said "Baby,  ain't nothing going to happen with me ar the baby everything is going to be alright I promise" she says "Alright I was just making sure you was okay" I said, she smiled and then looked at our daughter "So how was school last week,  was it good,  is the teachers nice and what kind of work did you do?" She asks "Well, school was going good,  we did math,  we've learned how to count money and we went outside to play" Liyah said "as far as the teachers goes,  they're pretty nice and awesome too" Liyah added. Her mother began to smile and so did I "I'm so proud of you,  you've going to school and everything hopefully in the future you've go to college and then find a good job" I've said Aliyah looked at me "Daddy,  I'm in the fourth grade I haven't even got into high school yet" she says " Ay, I mean I was just suggesting like you know,  you can go to college and get a job and stuff" I said. My wife looks at me "Mark" she says smiling "What, I was giving her suggestions I mean I was telling her to" I've said "I know but baby, she's got a lot of more years to go before then who knows what she might do next" she says "I guess your right, we don't know what might happens next but we'll just have to wait and see" I've said as I got up from the table putting my dishes into the sink I've walked over to my wife and kissed her and then to our daughter and hug and kissed her "Well I've got to run got a lot of things to do " I've said "you've better hurry than cause some things just can't wait" Crystal says winking at me "Don't think I caught you, I see what you did there tryna be slick" I've said. She just kissed me "I'll see you when you get back,  we love you" she says "I love you both" I've said giving them both hugs and kisses. I've went outside and carried on to do my job knowing today was a great day, I wonder what will happen next?...
