-Supergirl's POV-
I ran outside after stabilising my uncle (this part isn't important if you want to know about it you can read the part on my other book). I ran outside, knowing robin and batman were already there. Morphing into my suit under the table, I barely made it to the door before Ace stopped me. "wanna play ?" She asked laughing I growled but smiled. "sure Ace !" I said elongigating my electrified eskrima stick, ace doing the same. The clashing of the two made loud and blood curdling sounds, like thunder roaring , I notice at the corner of my eye a boy, about the age of 10, about to fall from the ledge of the broken window reverse flash threw flash through. "oh Lord help me." I mumbled my eyes darting towards the boy, he was the only person left in the building, besides us as everyone had been evacuated. Ace's face showed many different emotions, one the most prominent, happiness, then the happiness subsided and was replaced by fear. She broke into a run towards the boy who whimpered helplessly as he hung on for dear life, I was in a state of daze and amazement, the next thing I saw was Ace hauling the little boy up, she smiled warmly, but her expression then switched to pure anger and realization. "I thought you were someone else" I heard her mumble as she turned to face me, "you saw nothing tonight, and this proves nothing" she said running off and jumping out the window, I chased after her but she was already gone. It did prove something, through that black and white mask, the girl under it does care, she cares about her older brother, enough to save a little boy who should be far younger than her brother himself, she cared enough to stop battling with me to do it, to show care and compassion in front of the enemy for someone who she mistook, or hoped it would be her brother. Maybe its time to pay a visit to this brother...
