Everything is gray as we open up to Lolbit in an office. Looking out the window to the rainy sky. He is wearing a brown trench coat and a brown hat while also smoking from a pipe. His ears poke out from the top of the hat.
Lolbit:"It was a day like any other day, except it was raining. I don't like rain, but that doesn't matter. "
Lolbit takes a puff from his pipe.
Lolbit:"I haven't had any cases in about a week. It's been a long boring week."
A knocked is heard from Lolbit's door.
Lolbit:"A knock is heard from my door."
The door opens and Roxy, wearing a Gold dress, walks in holding a folder.
Lolbit:"My secretary, Roxy opened the door and walked in. Roxy was a very beautiful Wolf. One of the reasons why-"
Roxy walks over to Lolbit's desk and sets the folder on it.
Roxy:"A case came in, Detective Lolbit."
Lolbit:"Shut it woman, I'm monologuing."
Lolbit clears his throat.
Lolbit:"Miss Roxy had set a folder on my desk. I walk over to the desk and grab the folder and open it."
Lolbit looks at the contents of the folder.
Lolbit:"Apparently a Mr. Foxy has had his hook stolen."
Lolbit slams the folder shut and he walks over to Roxy.
Lolbit:"I'll have this solved by dinner."
Roxy:"Yes, Mr. Lolbit"
Lolbit grabs Roxy and he kiss her right on the lips. The kiss lasts for a few seconds. Lolbit lets go of Roxy and walks to the door.
Lolbit:"Cancel my afternoon appointment."
Lolbit leaves the room and closes the door.
Roxy:"But you don't have an afternoon appointment."
Lolbit is standing in front of an apartment building. His coat and hat are all wet.
Lolbit:"I stand in front of the looming apartment building. My Coat and hat are both soaked. It took me thirty minutes to get here, even though it was a five minute walked away from my work."
Some people walk past Lolbit and they look at him strangely.
Lolbit:"Why did it take thirty minutes for me to walk here. Well I have no idea. It was for plot purposes so my coat would be wet. Why? Because every detective gets their coat and hat soaked before going into a case."
Lolbit walks into the building and he walks over to the elevator. And he presses the second floor button.
Lolbit:"Why was I taking the elevator even though Mr. Foxy lives on the second floor. Well because I'm just lazy. Also I'm running out of monologues."
The elevator dings and the doors open.
Lolbit:"I step out of the elevator and walk down to room 217."
Lolbit stares at the Gold door. Then Lolbit knocks on the door and after a few seconds the door opens and a fox wearing an eyepatch peeks his head out.
Foxy:"Detective Lolbit?"
Lolbit nods and Foxy opens the door more and Lolbit notices that the hook that's supposed to be on his right hand is missing.
