"𝑰 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒍." - 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞

"Thank you for your service today, lord Melvani!" three farmers bowed to me. I had just finished a mission away from the capital in Hage Village, it wasn't too much; it just consisted of me fixing some crops and plants for a village which were destroyed due to rain today. It was still raining, but not as much as before.

"You're welcome." I tilted my hood down as a way of also saying my thanks. "It's important that your crops can grow so you can feed the village and the rest of the Clover Kingdom." I then said.

Before I flew off, I saw these two boys staring at me: one who was short with messy platinum blond hair, and the other tall who just widened his eyes. I wonder what they were so shocked about. All I did was use my earth magic to fix the soil and thicken the moisture of the plants a bit. Nothing special.

Well, they are probably fourteen or so, let me cut them some slack.

'It's time for me to go back now.'

With that, I used my mana to activate the fabrics in my bird-like robe so I could fly back to the manor.

...

"Adrizeh." I say as I enter my younger sister's room. She was sitting at her vanity, cleaning her face with a cotton pad and toner. Her room was clean, spotless, which was usual for her. Adrizeh makes sure everything is clean.

"Yes, Melvani?" My sister simply responded, still giving me no eye contact and was focused on her facial routine.

"Do you know where Y/N is? I didn't see her in her office." I asked her.

Usually at this time, Y/N would be in her office filling out documents, paperwork, assigning missions to knights, and other usual Magic Knight Captain stuff but, she wasn't in there today... which is usually not like her.

"She's in her bedroom." Adrizeh responded. "She's been in there since she came back."

"Do you know why?" I asked.

"I don't know. I wish I knew myself honestly." Adrizeh then sighed, now taking out her bottle of pills.

'She's lying.'

"Okay." I simply said, now leaving her alone in her room.

I was now on my way to Y/N's bedroom. The short journey there consisted of maids and servants quickly bowing at me as I just smiled. I finally got to her door and knocked.

"Y/N?" I called out. I got no response. She's probably sleeping but she doesn't fall asleep at this usually. She never does.

'Maybe she's upset. I know she can't cope when she's not feeling well. I should get in.'
