While at the hospital ava and Betty came together,
Ava touch Martina's shoulder and she turn from out Declan's arms to hug them both, "how is she?" Ava asked
"The doctors will let us know soon?"
"What happen I didn't even know she was sick" ava said
"She got to be living with a man like my father" Martina complain,
Betty rub her shoulder in comfort, "thanks for coming"
"It's not necessary" Betty said
" We're always going to be here for each other" ava told her,
Martina smile with a nod,
"Hey pretty I'm going to grab you something what?" Declan asked
"Don't go anywhere" Martina said she held on to his hand, he stood by her the doctors came out a lady that went in and one Martina was just seeing,
Miss Michigan" the man said Martina got up, " is she alright doctor?"
"What happen is that the blood pressure went way up it make her dehydrated we think a few days here will get her function able so we'll be keeping her for a watch"
" Lucky you bring your when you did miss Michigan for she could lost all her fluid and could have gotten a stroke we are to monitor her and do what's necessary" the other doctor said
" Thank you" Martina said
"Can I see her?" Martina spoke
" You can look in on her but don't wake her up she's going to need all the rest she can get" the doctor said she spoke on time with Martina
Declan's phone rang and the girls look his way, Doris call up to asked how Kate was the doctor had set up drip and manage to get her pressure down a little bit and were to run some more  blood test she was resting now so Martina could only peek in on her she was about to leave when her dad and his crew came in "where's my wife?" Carlos burst "where the hell is my wife, I'm talking to you"
Ava look at Betty they both look at Martina she was ignoring her father as she was going by Carlos reach to grab her but Declan stop him "you don't want to do that"
"I can do what ever I please who's going to stop me and you you why you standing here why aren't you in prison?" He ask
"Because I'm not" Declan said
"I'm going to see that you go away for a long time" Carlos said
"You think you got that power?"
"You point a gun at me you son of a bitch" Carlos said
"You point a gun at him?" Martina look up at Declan to ask looking back at her father "then why are you still standing here you don't deserve to live daddy I hate you , I hate you so bad and I want to have nothing at all to do with you, it's your fault why mom is so sick you're doing everything to get her to fight your battle just because you want to make me in to the person you want me to be but you know what daddy you gave me the inn you took it back and you took the car why the hell am I still married to the man you gave me I thought by now you would take him too but it doesn't seems you're going to so I'm giving him to you a long with the other things you took I'm divorcing your son for some how you made me feel I'm the one married in to your family"
Ava and Betty look at Declan at the same time he look at them,
" You're leaving a good man for him what does he have to offer?"
" Something you can't and what he will never" Martina shoot her lips on Horace ava and Betty widen their eyes at each other when Horace turn away Martina grab Betty "let's go" she said putting her in front of her and took Declan and Ava by the hand pulling them with her,
" Martina, Martina Michigan you come back right here you'll never divorce this boy for that that low life, I'm your father and I'll tell you exactly what you'll do and not do and you're not leaving this boy" he shout,
" Sir this is a hospital if you don't calm down we will have you leave and the time your wife is here you'll not come back,
"Calm down Carlos" Horace said Carlos sat down and although he had stop speaking what he couldn't do was control the bitter anger he had inside of him,
"Take me home I want to stay the night with you" Martina told Declan
"Are you sure you want to?" He asked
Martina nod
"Thanks for coming" she hug Betty and Ava together "I'll call you later"
"At work?" Ava ask
"I'll try"
Ava grin "take care of her" she hug Declan and they smile at each other
"See you" Betty said Declan wave they were driving away when Declan got in his car with Martina they drove to his place quietly and quickly Doris met them in the living room she came from the kitchen where she was about to set the table, she put her arms around Martina and Martina sob
"It's ok dear" Doris said
"Martina smirk and nod,
"Martina is staying the night if it's ok" Declan said
Doris look from him to Martina she wondered if it's not his house who he let stay is his decision she cuff Martina's cheek "Can I get you anything dear?" She asked
"She haven't eaten" Declan said
"Your mother was just about to put dinner on the table" Joe said
"Good an extra plate" Declan said
"No I'm not hungry"
"You have to have something Martina"
"Yes even a small amount" Doris said Martina nod
Martina sat picking on her meal she find it so hard to enjoy it not even the conversation was making sense Declan excuse himself when Marcus call he few long ran in to Betty and Ava and they told him that Martina's mom was sick and she was with Declan so he was just checking on her they talk for a while before hanging up Declan took a shower and lay down for Martina was still with his mom and Joe she help them to do the dishes and talk for a time before climbing the stairs she call the girls as promised and talk for an hour Declan was almost a sleep she took a shower and lay on his back, she kiss his ear "babe" she called Declan open his eyes to stare into her's "I want you" she said she ease from his back and he face her "are you up for it?" He ask
She nod coming down to kiss him
