She walks around in her room, fidgeting. 'It's been a few days, I've healed almost completely. I guess it's time to leaveー', but this place feels very safe to her. She doesn't need to force herself to do anything. Or so that's how it is for now.

Soon, the door clicked opened and a familiar figure walked inside. Walking toward her, maybe he came to check her condition.

She can't help cut think, 'He's been taking care of me. There's still some people like him in the world', but even after days of being in that house, she still hadn't learn his name. The same goes for him. That's for the best, probably.

"Heyー"

"Ah, you're awake. We need to have a word, please, sit down"

"Of course", she sat down across from him on the chair, with a small table between them.

"Actually, I also have something to tell you", she said, looking down. Her eyes showing a bit of unwillingness.

"Oh? Go ahead", his word made her question a bit. The tone sounds like he's amused.

"Alright", she took a deep breath, with determination she looks at him. She can't risk putting these people in trouble when they saved her. "I've troubled you enough. I'm grateful that you saved me from that condition. I've almost healed, so I'll leave here. But I'll pay you back in the future, but... we might never see againー"

She looks down, biting the inner part of her mouth. She really hates to go back into the reality of the world. Then it shocked her to hear that he was laughing.... It raised so many questions in her mind. Why? How? Did she said something wrong?

But with amusement, he continues. "You're foolish enough to think you can leave here"

"...What do you mean?", it concerns her. As much as she wants to be happy for him to say that he'd keep her. The sense that this is a bad thing can't leave her mind.

"Your behaviour may be a nuisance to me and your blood is almost inedible, but we need your blood to keep us nourished until we get a suitable replacement"

Then it hits her, he was just fooling her all along with the kind behaviour. He just wanted to use her. Those words struck her mind. She understood the half of what he said. She knows that he'd use her.

"For the last time, what do you mean?!", she slammed her fist on the table as she stood up. Staring up at the male as he did the same. But this time, she felt a sense of nervousness at him towering over her height.

"First, let me introduce myself. My name is Sakamaki Reiji, second son of the Sakamaki family", It was skepticism that creeps up to her along with suspicion.

"And we're bloodline of vampires. And you will be my prey from today on", upon this news, her thoughts interrupted. She has become a....

"..... WHAT?!"

"And secondly, you will refrain from screaming while residing here. I have my hands and ears full from Kanato's constant tantrums", he said sternly, fixing his glasses.

".....", the newfound information pounding in her head, 'I trusted him! Vampire?! Are you kidding me? I can't accept this', while she's lost in her head, he continued.

"You won't try to escape, if you want to live, that is. I believe the life I saved, belongs to me", he leaned down and grabbed her face, smirking. Showing off his fangs as if to prove that his words are sincere.

"Are you kidding me....? Don't touch me!", in rage, she slapped off his hand. Backing away from him.

"You will think twice before doing so next time..... I suppose I need to teach you your place", Reiji's eyes glows red in anger. She just trigger the vampire, someone superior. He grabbed her by waist and pinned her against a wall. The height difference made her feet unable to touch the ground.

Sinking his fangs into her tender flesh on neck, penetrating right into a sweet vein. As expected, it taste sour and bitter. She still need to improve her health, was what he thought.

"Stop! Ughー", It was not pain that drives her to struggle, but pride. To be a prey of a vampire when she was the predator.

'My blood.... It's taken by him. I won't live my life this wayー wait, what way? Giving my blood to live? That doesn't sounds so bad....', but the sense of survival intruded her mind. The instinct to live, without struggling. Submitting.

With her halt of resistance, he found himself pulling away from her. Maybe she'll learn, he just has to give her proper guidance.
