Chapter Six

{LILITH'S P.O.V}

I smiled as Amelia sat in Twiggy's lap and Minnie paced the living room, Brian was currently showering and Minnie was nervous about meeting Ginger, we had been off tour a week and the guys were all turned into vampires now, me and Brian went to my grandmas to get the rings last Sunday so we turned them on Monday.

"What if he doesn't like me?" I shake my head "of course he will, what's not to like" she kept slipping her Neko ring on and off so her ears and tail popped out every so often "but what if my hair looks messy?, what if my make up is smudged?, What if-" I cut her off "MINNIE!" She looked at me "you look fine sweetheart, stop worrying yourself" she plops down on the sofa and long tattooed arms wrapped around my waist, I giggled and the person who the arms belonged to kissed the top of my head, I look up seeing Brian then there was a knock at the door.

Amelia jumped up to get it and Minnie ran out of the room squealing, I took Brian's arms from around me as I followed her, she was hiding under the stairs, her tail wrapped around her legs "Minnie darling come out" she got up and her tail was still wrapped around one of her legs "Ginger will not judge you, he is a great guy and plus he is a vampire so he is a little similar too you" she nods and let's out a big puff of air "I just don't want to mess this up Lil, I look at you and Brian, I get so jealous of your relationship because your both so care free, I want that with someone" I nod "trust me you will get that, plus once you see ginger you will know if he's your soul mate, because you will feel that pull towards him" she nods and I take her hand dragging her towards the living room, Ginger must have heard us walk in because he stood up and turned to face us, he looked nervous and in his right hand he had a hold of a single black rose, I push Minnie towards him and I walk into Brian's arms as they started to talk "well guys it's Saturday, so me and Brian are going to my parents for family Saturday" they nodded and I grabbed my helmet and Brian grabbed the spare.

Once outside i slipped my helmet on and so does Brian, I climb on my Harley and he climbed on behind me, i kick start it and he wraps his arms loosely around my waist as I speed off towards my parents. once there Onyx ran past me and dived on Brian, i tut "oh yeah really feeling the love Onyx" she giggles and runs at me "sorry lil" I nod "yeah.." onyx kisses my cheek and I put her down, I take Brian's hand and I pull him into the living room, my pops was sat in his chair and I could hear momma tinkering in the kitchen "where's Chris?" Pops looks at me "on tour" i frown "he never told me he was going on tour" my parents nod "he only left yesterday it took him by surprise, he was the last to know darling" I nod as Brian pulls me into his lap, I giggle and I lean up and kiss his cheek and my parent awe, I look down blushing "dont...." I feel Brian's chest vibrate as he laughs along with my parents "ewww Lilith has boy cooties!" She giggles jumping on pops lap, Brian chuckles and I grin "blood smoothies anyone?" Momma asks as she gets up we all say yes and she smiles going into the kitchen.

I take my smoothie of momma and so does the rest of us we all take a sip at the same time and we hmm at the same time, I giggle and I put mine on the table and Brain wraps one arm around my waist leaning over to put his on the table and I nearly slip off his lap "woah going somewhere bunny?" I giggle and shuffle back again "you're fault, you could of just asked me to put your drink on the table" he chuckles and smiles gently kissing my lips, I smile into the kiss as I wrap my arms around his neck and then I feel a slap on my back, I turn to see Onyx pulling a grossed out face and i giggle loudly "sorry Onyx, too gross?" She nods "yeah nobody wants to see that" Brian's chest vibrates against me as he laughs "yeah Lilith nobody wants to see that" I gently slap his chest playfully and I lean over grabbing my smoothie drink the rest of it, I wipe around my lips and I get up, but Brian pulls me back down into his lap and I let out an oof "lemme go, I'm putting my glass in the sink" I pout, he kisses my nose and let's me get up.

A few hours of watching films and eating supper had past and Onyx stood by the living room door a jack skeleton teddy in her clutch "momma can Lilith and Brian tuck me in?" Momma looks at me and I feel Brian shift as he goes to stand, I stand up before I fall of his lap and he laces our fingers together "yeah of course we can darling" Brian's voice was soft as he spoke and Onyx's little eyes lit up. Onyx ran over to momma and pops giving them hugs and kisses then she runs over to the stairs climbing them, me and Brian climb up the stairs behind her. Once inside her room she dived into her bed and I giggled, Brian smiled he sits on the edge of the bed and he pulls me into his lap "Lilith can you sing for me, that song?" I nod and begin to sing 'when you can't sleep at night' the song had become her lullaby, when I got to the chorus Brian sang along with me "pretty little lady with the swollen eyes show them to me" she smiled as we finished, for once she didn't fall asleep. I got up out of Brian's lap and he smiled and went to follow but Onyx took a hold of his hand, he leaned down to kiss her forehead and she whispered something so quiet even my vampire hearing didn't pick it up "Baby can you make me one of those great milkshakes?" I nod and go downstairs to make him one.

{BRIAN'S P.O.V}

I sat on the edge of Onyx's bed as Lilith left "what's troubling you little one?" She smiles sleepily "are you going to stay a while?" I furrowed my brows "what do you mean?" She yawns "are you stay around a while, like in our family?" I nod "of course why?" She sits up "because Lilith's last boyfriend, he took her away from us and wouldn't let her come see us, then he just left her by the road to die" I gasp "I'd never do that to Lilith, plus I like coming here on Saturdays especially to come see you, your cheekiness lights up my day darling" Onyx smiles widely "Lilith really likes you Brian" I nod "I really like her too Onyx" she giggles and yawns, I stand up and she lays down, I push the hair gently out of her eyes and I lean down kissing her forehead "Brian, you'd make a good daddy" I smile "thank you Onyx, now get some sleep hunny" she nods and turns over cuddling into Lucifer, I smile and go downstairs.

Once downstairs Lilith hands me the small milkshake, I smile taking it and I drink it all at once, I lick my lips and she smiles "good?" I nod "very good, thank you bunny" she smiles "what did Onyx want?" I smile "she just wanted to make sure I was staying for good" she smiles again "she is too cute" I nod "yeah she really loves you Lilith, she is worried about your safety" Lilith looks at me confused "she told me about your last boyfriend" she looks down "how did you nearly die?" She looks up small red tears had gathered in her eyes "he took my sunlight ring, left me at the side of the road to burn" I look down at her my hands turned to fists "how did you survive?" Small red tears escape "Onyx sensed there was something wrong, so my parents took Lucifer out and he sniffed me out" I nod "my father gave me his daylight ring so I could heal and in the process got that horrid scar across his cheek" I nod again "what a horrid bastard! I'd never dream of doing something like that to you" I gently caress her cheek and she nuzzles my hand "I promise with my life" she nods smiling up at me and I gently wipe the red tears from under her eyes as she yawns "I'm tired, want to just spend the night here?" I nod and we go say goodnight to her mother and father then we go into her old room and fall fast asleep.
