Chapter Nine

{BRIAN'S P.O.V}

I carried a tray upstairs to our bedroom, the contents were pancakes, bacon and eggs, I had made her coffee and there was a tiny vase containing a single black rose, today was Lilith's birthday and I was doing something special, her parents and Family had already been dropping in her presents, the same with Motionless In White along with their girlfriends and Chris, they were letting me have her for the day. After all she has just turned the big 25.

I enter the room and I gently shook her holding the tray in one hand, her golden eyes open and she smiles "hmm something smells good" I grin and she sits up, I place the tray in her lap and she smiles "aw thank you baby" I nod smiling, she motions with her finger for me to come closer and I do, she leans up and pecks my lip then she digs in. "I'm just going downstairs to grab something" she nods and I go downstairs, I grab the medium sized black box, it had a bright red bow stuck to the top and I slowly and carefully made my way back upstairs to the bedroom, by the time I got there Lilith had finished her breakfast, the tray was on the table next to her bed and she smiles at me "baby what's this?" I smile "the first present of the day" she nods smiling as I sit on my side of the bed.

I place the box in her lap and she looks down as it starts to shake slightly, she grins and her eyes gleam, the top pops open and a small black kitten with a crescent moon birth mark on her forehead pops out, she grins "awwwe Brian....you got me a kitty" I nods and she carefully takes her out of the box, I move the box away and Lilith smiles up at me "is the kitty a girl or boy?" I smile "girl" she nods "I think imma call her Moonshine" I grin "that's cute" she nods smiling "right the only thing I bought her is food, so if you get dressed we can go out and buy her a collar, name tag, bowls and cute things for kitties" Lilith nods as she puts the little ball of fluff down, Moonshine walks to the bottom of the bed and curls up going to sleep.

Lilith soon got out of bed so she could get ready for her day, when she came back in the bedroom she was wearing a black leather skater skirt that was just above the knee, a red bandeau and over the knee socks with her demonia boots, her hair was down and curly and she had her blue contacts in, her make up was slightly smokey and she had black lipstick on, I smile as she comes over to me, I get up from the dresser after finishing my lipstick and she smiles "my man is so handsome" she grins and I smile "my little lady is so cute" she giggles and I pull her in my lap and Moonshine comes over and jumps into Lilith's lap, I smile and she strokes her head and rubs behind her ears.

We eventually got to the mall and went to the pet store, she got Moonshine a hot pink collar that had small spikes on it, she got her personalised food and water bowls, a mat to put them on and a bed, then we went into the other part of the shop and Lilith got a little kitty coat for her and she got a moon pendant for her collar with her name on and our address. So if she ever gets lost whoever finds her will bring her back. once we had bought so other food and kitten milk we went to Chipotle for lunch then we went back home to play with Moonshine.

"Moonshine" Lilith called out and the little fluff ball came running down the stairs and started rubbing her self against Lilith's legs, she smiles and I put the bags in the kitchen, while Lilith picks Moonshine up, she brings her in the kitchen and she puts her on the counter, I take out the collar and I pass it to Lilith, she puts the collar on the little fluff ball and then I pass her the tag, she hooks it on the loop that's attached to the collar "there all done" I smile and pull Lilith into my arms and she squeals.

{LILITH'S P.O.V}

I squeal as Brian wraps me in his arms, he looks down at me and grins "I love you Lilith Marie Cerulli" I smile "I love you too Brian Hugh Warner" he smiles and leans down pecking my lips, I smile into his lips "right pretty lady, get dressed in something fancy, I'm taking you for a birthday supper" I nod going upstairs.

I open the closet walking inside, I look at my dresses and I pick one out that is black, its long and has a slit up the right leg, its low cut at the top, I slip my clothes off and I slip the dress on, I slip my feet into a pair of black louboutin heels. I curl my hair slightly and add red lipstick instead of black with that I go back downstairs and Brian turns as I get on the bottom step, he smiles "wow!" I smile shyly "you look beautiful darling" I smile again "thank you baby, you look dashing" he smiles and I walk up to him "shall we be going?" I nod and he takes my arm with his and we walk out to the car, I get in the passenger side and he gets in the drivers seat setting off.

While in the car I put the radio on and The Pretty Reckless - Heaven Knows comes on, I sing along "oh lord heaven knows we belong way down below" I see out of the corner of my eye that Brian is looking at me smiling "you're voice is beautiful" I blush lightly and smile "thank you hunny" we soon pull up in front of a fancy looking Italian restaurant, I smile and unbuckle myself, Brian opens my door and I climb out, my fur shawl slipping slightly, Brian shuts the door and lifts my shawl up to cover my shoulder, I smile and he takes my arm again as we walk inside, a man walks up "good evening" we smile "reservation under Warner" the man looks through his book and marks something down "right this way Mr and Mrs Warner" I smile and look up at Brian and he smiles back while we follow the man too our booth.

Brian pulls out my chair for me and I sit down and he gently pushes me under then he takes a seat opposite me, the man comes back over and hands us both menus. I open it looking through it "Lilith darling" I look over my menu "yes honey" he smiles "would you like a glass of house red?" I nod "yes please" the man comes over and Brian gets two glasses of house red wine and we look back down at our menus "hmm the chicken resoto with parmesan sounds nice" he nods agreeing "I think I'll get the chicken pasta with white wine sauce" I nod and the ma from before comes back with our wine "are you ready to order?" Brian nods "I'll have the chicken pasta with white wine sauce" the guy nods writing it down "and for the lady?" I smile "chicken resoto with Parmesan please" the guy nods writing it down "your meal will be with you shortly" we nod and he takes the menus, I pick up my glass and take a sip, my red lipstick staining the rim of the glass.

Our food came shortly and I smiled as the smell filled my nostrils, the smell was wonderful, me and Brian were quick to dig in, every now and then we would feed each other a bit of our dishes and smile at each other. by the time we were done, the sun was just setting and Brian had paid the bill, he carried me out to the car and placed me in my seat, I giggle and he gets in his side driving off "were are we going?" He smiles "it's a secret" I pout and he smiles driving ahead he starts driving on the beach and I smile "can't you get in trouble for driving on the beach?" he shakes his head and he stops in front of a cave and rocks, I smile as he gets out and takes his suit of to reveal shorts and a white tank, I smile getting out "I didn't put anything on under this?" He goes in the boot and pulls out two bags he hands me one "it has a singlet and shorts in it along with your hi vans" I nod taking my dress off and heels, I put them in the back seat and I hear a wolf whistle, I turn and Brian is grinning "nice thong" I flip him off and he chuckles, I slip into the singlet and shorts then I pull my vans on smiling, I take a hair tie from my wrist pulling my hair up in a ponytail and Brian goes over to the side of the cave and begins climbing up on to a ledge, the sun was slowly getting lower in the sky, I follow him climbing up "you okay?" I nod as I reach up onto the ledge pulling my self up "yep".

Once we were both on the ledge safely Brian got down on one knee and my hands flew to my mouth, he produced a red velvetine box from his pocket opening it "ever since I set my eyes on you I knew you were special and now a year later I'm glad your mine, Lilith Marie Cerulli will you do me the pleasure of becoming Lilith Marie Warner" tears streamed down my face and all I could do was nod, he slipped the ring on my finger and then took me into his arms he leaned down kissing me passionately, I kiss back and he pulls away resting his head on my forehead "thank you" he grins "no, thank you, I love you so much Brian" he smiles and we turn to face the water as the sun sets, it was beautiful, the colours blue, pink, purple and orange littered the sky as it set, Brian sets a thick blanket on the ledge and two pillows, the air was still hot and we laid down looking into each other's eyes slowly falling asleep.
