Author's POV

The hurt they both felt was replaced by a soothing feeling of their soft lips, moulding together, carving each other's names on their souls. Their breath mingled together as they kissed each other softly with all the feelings they had for each other.

After a while they parted. A string of saliva could be seen between their swollen lips, and Gulf flushed a darker shade of red as he saw that. As he stared at the string a gentle hand cupped his cheek and a soft thumb wiped his lips gently. He couldn't help but to close his eyes and part his lips.

Mew however, didn't have any intention other than the kiss. Even after seeing the anticipation on the younger's face he controlled himself.

They need to talk before anything. He wanted to take it slow and to court the other. He didn't want to rush anything. They have all the time in the world. He wanted to cherish their moments.

As he wiped the younger's lips he couldn't help but to look at those sinful lips. The lips that haunted him in his dreams. He won't ever get tired of kissing those plump lips.

As the younger opened his eyes they stared at each other, with a soft curve tugging on their lips.

"Now can I ask what you were doing in the rain??" Mew asked as he caressed the younger's cheek.

The question brought Gulf back to reality.

He signed and told what he heard when he was about to enter Mew's dorm room. And after the narration ended he was pouting sadly at Mew.

"Aow baby, I'm sorry. It's not like what you think it was. I was talking to Anna. (Mew's niece) She was sulking that I came to uni when she was at school and she couldn't see me off, so I was just trying to get her to stop sulking. Nothing else really!" Mew explained as he cupped Gulf's cheek and caressed them lovingly.

And Gulf blushed for the ninth time that day for the sudden endearment and the loving, feather-like caresses. He loved how gently Mew always caressed his cheeks, like he's a fragile, delicate flower. That would be bruised if he touched it a bit roughly. Always so soft and gentle with him. And that's the thing he loved most about this man. And it's also the same thing that made him fall for his Khun phi more.

"So now we are clear?" Mew asked.

"Hmm..." he replied as he nodded cutely that earned him a soft pinch on his cheek from Mew.

"So care to share with me why were you so upset when I wasn't talking to you?" Mew asked. He wanted to hear it from the younger.

"Huh! What do you mean? You are my friend, my phi, why wouldn't I be upset?" Gulf cluelessly asked in return.

"Do you get this upset when your other friends don't talk to you?" Mew teased back.

Gulf thought a bit before answering...

"Maybe not this much, but still I'd be upset."

"Then why were you a bit more upset with me? Is it just because I'm your phi?" He asked as he raised an eyebrow with a smirk tugging on his lips.

Gulf pouted while blushing and looked down, knowing exactly what the other wanted to hear.

"It's not only that." He whispered.

"Hmmmm... what? I couldn't hear." Mew asked as he titled the younger's chin so he could look into his eyes.

Gulf tried not to look at Mew's eyes, that was looking at him intensely and it was making him even more shy.

"I-its not only t-that." He whispered again.

"Then what is it?" Mew asked again as he leaned into the younger's face more. And that made Gulf to look at his eyes instantly.

He blinked multiple times and gulped.

"I-its because I-i l-like you. Not as p-phi, more than a ph... hmph."

He didn't have the chance to complete his sentence as Mew smashed his lips onto the younger's and kissed the younger passionately that Gulf couldn't help but to whimper into the kiss. The kiss was full of love, want, affection. Gulf held onto Mew's neck and kissed him back just as intensely.

Mew bit onto the younger's lower lip that made him gasp and the older took the chance to slid his tongue in to the hot craven of the younger's. Mew pulled the younger so now he was lying on top of him. His hands slid into the shirt that the younger was wearing and was resting on his lower back. The pad of his thumb was caressing the soft, warm skin there. And the younger's elbow was resting right beside his head to keep his head steady.

They were out of breath when they parted. And Gulf could feel how heat was radiating from his face, neck and ears. He couldn't even look at the older and buried his face in the older's neck.

Mew chuckled as he hugged the younger tightly and said.......

"I like you too yai nong, so so much."

"Umm."

Was all Gulf could reply. He was dying out of embarrassment. How could his phi act so cool after literally kissing the daylight out of him? He didn't know.

Well Mew was resisting the urge to kiss the younger everytime the younger would babbler in front of him cutely, or would pout for some sily argument he had with his friends.

So now he couldn't hold it in and kissed him like he thought he would, and that too not being shy. Because he couldn't find it in himself to be shy or embarrass when the younger was as red as a tomato and was hiding his face in his neck. So he just hugged the younger and rubbed his back so he could calm down.

"Can I court you yai nong?" Mew spoke before he could think.

"What do you think would my answer be, after chewing my lips like that?" Gulf sassed as he looked up at the older.

"Aow, are your lips ok? Or should I kiss it better?" Mew couldn't help but to tease. He loved how the younger blushed because of his teases.

"Phiiiii..." the younger whinned and again buried his face in his neck.

He chuckled at the younger's cuteness.

"Sooo what's the answer?" He repeated.

"Hmmm." Gulf said as he nodded his head in tiny.

And just like that Mew hugged him again tightly, they could feel their heart beating in their rib cage in sync as they laid there in each other's embrace.
