"I am home," said Leo once he had gotten back from school.

No one was at home, as his father was busy with work and would only return at 7 in the evening and his mother had died when he was around five years old.

After he showered, he went to the kitchen to prepare dinner like he usually did.

After everything was set up, he set the table and his father came back from work.

"Welcome back home father,"

"You had a nice day today son?" asked his father, Francis.

"Yeah, a pretty solid day today for me, how about you?"

"Mine, same as usual. You should be happy for me son. I am getting a promotion soon!" said his father.

They then went to eat dinner quietly in the dining room.

Time passed by and they polished off their dinner.

As Leo was washing the dishes, his father went into his room and saw a drawing of Amy on the table, which reminded him of his dead wife. With rage, he rushed towards Leo and questioned him about the portrait of Amy.

"Did you draw this? Please tell me you didn't,"

"I did,"

The father, without even listening to his explanation, slapped him hard in the face and stared to lecture him.

"How many times did I tell you, never ever draw anything anymore. I don't want you to fall into the same hole that she fell into years ago,"

His father left, and he is sitting there at the corner, tears dripping from his eyes.

"Someone... Please... Help me..."
