This is just a simple summary of what happened after the proposal. Leo went back to find his dad with the drawing that his mom did not finish, finished by him and brought it in front to Francis. Francis then regains all the memories and starts to burst into tears while apologising to them. After that, their relationship became closer.
A few weeks later both of them also got married.
Another few years later, they went back to the bridge once again, with their daughter, Lily who is now 5 years old.
"Mom, dad, why do you guys always bring me here every year?" asked Lilly.
"This is the place where all the magic happened, and if it wasn't this bridge we wouldn't have you, right dear?" said Amy.
"You're right," replied Leo while kissing each other under the most beautiful sunset on the bridge.
"Thank you for meeting me on the bridge," a voice flowed through their ears...
They giggled and left the bridge.
