You shouldn't wash your hair more than 3 times a week, since your hair is producing oils that are important to their growth and health.

If you suffer from dandruff, add a little bit of salt to your shampoo bootle (not too much!) And your hair won't be greasy and have less fallout than usual.
Massaging your head with coconut oil from time to time will improve the dandruff situation too.

Dandruff is natural and you shouldn't feel bad about it!

Stick to one brand of shampoo and conditioner ( It's better to use the same brand but it's not necessary.)
And use them in this order:

a small amount of conditioner to your hair.
Let it sit for 3-5 minutes
Wash it out and add a small bit of shampoo to your scalp
Don't let it sit,it's not necessary. Most shampoos make the hair dry so they're only there to wash them
Wash it out and add a bigger amount of conditioner into your hair.
Let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
Wash it out( optional if you wanna do it with warm or cold water but cold water is better since the cold water closes the hair cuticles and scalp pores)
Add a hair oil to your hair while they're still a bit wet,but don't wash it out.
Dry your hair with a towel
(Don't rub it! Just gently press the water out of your hair and let them dry by air.

Heat damages your hair, so stick to alternatives (amazon anti heat curler, straightener ect)
Oh and I never thought I had to explain this but apparently people are trying to dye their hair with purple shampoo?
That doesn't work since it's mainly used to get the yellowish tint out of your hair.
As I said before, shampoo dries out your hair so don't do it since you don't want your hair to get ruined by some silly TikTok trend. Stick to real hair dye instead.
Washable hairdye is amazing, its even healthy for your hair.
And it stays for about 6 weeks
