It had been moments like these when she felt as if , she had been drowning in the ocean
As the water filled her lungs as her heart beats faster then fast then slow and as it had begun it stopped
Her eyes were open, looking into the sun that had started fading and being consumed by the dark blueness
She had stopped sinking as her back touched the sandy ground of the sea
A tear had releases itself only to be washed away by the sea
When a boyish figure had come into sight
He's hand wrapped around her waist as the other cupped her cheek
She had felt herself being pulled off the ground as he's face had came closer and just as he's face inched closer she snapped back to reality
She signed as she realized the café had been empty since she had came and when she heard the creak of the door when it had been opened excitement had filled her eyes
She looked up with a smile
"Good evening, how may I help yo - "
Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion, she swore she had heard the door open .... Or maybe not
Maybe it had been her imagination
"Ophelia - I'm closing, rather you leave" her boss shouted from the back
"Of course, see you next week" Ophelia screamt grabbing her back pack leaving
It's an 5hour walk back home, but Ophelia hadn't wanted to go back.. she never wanted to
The stories.. all of them, they hadn't been true, at least not for Ophelia. 'Home sweet home' she had found out had just been a metaphor a plain old saying. Home hadn't been anything close to sweet for Ophelia
And even after leaving it all behind
It just never helped
