"FUCK" i wake up in a jolt, where am i, who am i, whats happening? then i remembered. ben. HIM. THAT FUCKING BASTARD. i dont know what he did but to be honest, i dont think i want to know
next thing i know, i hear nick, and tao, and elle and all my friends. the comfort of their voice bring me into comfort. since theyre screaming my name, i give a weak "hello!" and nick runs in, "Charlie?? where the fuck have you been, and why are you on the floor? and why do you have a bloody nose?" what. i touch my lip, i indeed do have a blood nose. "good evening to you too. well, number one, no clue. number two, again no clue. number three, you guessed it! no clue."
i reply in a strained voice. "you've been gone for two fucking hours! ive been worried" he practically yells. "jesus fuck. calm down, ive been unconscious for two hours so its not my fault." i say, hopefully in a nice enough tone. "unconscious? what happened? did a homophobe hurt you?" he returns in a more mad than concerned voice. "i. dont. know. i just woke up, my brain is fuzzy and yelling isnt gonna help." i snap. "what the hell did i do wrong?" nick is seemingly fed up with me, I mean fair enough. "i dont need this tonight, okay?"
"why? what happened?"
"ben. i just saw ben"
i lie, well technically its not a complete lie. but i did a little more than see him. while this is happening i try to frigure out what actually happened with ben. then i realise my entire friend group is listening in.
"what?? and you didnt fucking tell me?"
"well i just saw him!"
"still!!"
"can we just go, nick. i dont wanna have this conversation right now, im still kinda hungover.." im so tired, i just want him to shut up. "Know what? fine!! im leaving." he exclaims, tears start running down my face as he leaves. "WAIT!! NO" i scream in the loudest voice i can muster up. "dont... leave... me... here!" and then im alone, tao and elle and darcy and all left. im alone. shit. toris still at home. shit. nick fucking hates me? SHIT. i just stare blankly, until i think of something. the urge. so i leave and go back home. i dont say hello or answer any questions i just go straight to the bathroom and... i do it.
