I remember you
a caste tape turns itself on
from the back of my mind
a movie scene began to play
from my own life
RING!RING!RING!
crowded hallways
blurred faces
frowning expressions
bunny-toothed smile
a different day
heavy faces all the same
you stand out
In the crowd
bunny-toothed smile
a few dozen scene play alternatively
a smile in everyone of them
for what reason
would you smile at me
everytime you saw me in that corridor
he smiles again
you once roared to protect me
from people who looked down on my smile
a smile a day
was the least I could do to pay
I look down unable to remember
I shake me head
old brain this
When the small smiles in the corridor were thought to be nothing more
I shake my head smiling at the floor
