Avengers - One shots

Not allowed on field trip - Spiderwitch and Ironwidow

Background: May is away, travelling the world so Peter is staying with the avengers and Tony has full guardianship. Tony and Natasha are married and adopted both Peter and Morgan, Morgan is currently 2 years old and Peter is 17. Peter is dating Wanda and she is currently 16. She is currently in Vienna, Italy. She does return every 6-7 months but other than that she also talks to peter every week either on call or on video chats. She has been gone for almost 2 years now.

It was an average Wednesday afternoon when Peter's teacher announced to the class that they would be having a field trip to a surprise location on friday. Everyone was very excited and it was all everyone talked till the bell went. On the way out everyone went over and grabbed a permission slip from Mr Harrington's desk.

Later that day when Peter arrived at the tower he was attacked by a tiny human. Looking down he picked up said human ''Hey Morgan, are mom and dad here?'' she nodded ''Daddy is in his lab and mommy is with aunty Pepper.'' Peter smiled at Morgan and kissed her on her forehead.

Soon Tony walked in and took morgan out of peters arms when she began reaching for him ''Hey kiddo, how was school?'' Peter shrugged ''There's a field trip somewhere on friday but i need you or mom to sign the slip.'' Tony nodded at his son. Shortly after Wanda walked into the room, she went over to Peter and kissed him on the cheek. Peter pulled her into his chest, his arms around her waist and his chin on her shoulder. Tony chuckled and waved them off ''Go have fun with your girlfriend.

Just put the slip on the counter and i will sign it later.'' Peter nodded. However just as they turned the corner they heard tony shout ''Use protection i don't want any grandkids yet!'' they both blushed madly then looked at each other and burst into laughter.

The two spent the rest of the day watching movies together with the rest of the team cuddled together on the sofa, sometimes joined by Morgan other times she sat with their mom and dad. The team, well Steve did, everyone was too comfortable and didn't want to move, they ordered a bunch of food from Subway and made a crap ton of milkshakes.

The next day Peter woke up in a huddle on the sofa. Snuggling into his was wanda and sat on his lap was morgan. Slowly he managed to slide himself out of the huddle without waking anyone up. Once he made it to his room he put on a complex maths shirt and a pair of blue jeans. Grabbing his bag and his permission slip from the counter, Peter made his way to school.

It was a pretty ordinary day, getting bullied by Flash, going to the bathroom several times to grab a snack to heal the bruises. However at the very end of the day just as he was about to leave Mr Harrington stopped him ''Mr Parker please stay behind for a second.'' after everyone left, the teacher looked at him ''Mr Parker, why is your slip signed by Tony Stark? Honestly this lie about your internship is one thing but forging his signature, im disappointed.'' the teacher shook his head at Peter but every time Peter tried to talk to Mr Harrington to explain that Tony had legal guardianship over him he was cut off and ignored.

Eventually, still ignoring everything peter had to say the teacher looked peter straight in the eyes ''As punishment you won't be attending this trip so you will have to stay tomorrow.'' defeated Peter merely nodded and slowly trudged away from the classroom and into the car with Happy. Happy tried to ask him why he was late and why he looked so upset but Peter merely kept his head down and ignored him. Giving up, Happy simply texted Tony telling him that something was wrong with Peter but he wasn't sure what.

When Peter entered the common room his mom and dad looked at him worried but Peter didn't say a word and walked silently to his room. After a few minutes Tony walked into Peter's room and found him cuddled into his sheets with tears running down his face. Tony quickly walked over to Peter and pulled him into a hug ''Hey, hey what's wrong?'' Peter broke down and told his dad about everything; the bullying, the trip, his teachers and classmates not believing him.

He had even told him that he saw his teacher shred both his permission slip and all the legal papers he had given to the school to prove what he was saying about tony taking guardianship and about his internship, tony was enraged to say the least. Peter wasn't even too bothered about the trip; it was the fact that his teacher didn't believe him and wouldn't even let him explain. Soon Peter fell asleep and Tony tucked him in before leaving the room still angry. The moment he entered the common room he was surrounded by the entire team asking him what was wrong with peter.

Tony burst into a 2 hour long rant about everything peter had told him, then after pepper went on a rant about how not only did they not believe him but they shredded legal documents as well, while she did this natasha went on her own rant about how dare the brat bully her son. Together they all planned their revenge as they knew something Peter didn't, the trip was to stark towers. Originally the trip was planned so that peter could have a rest day and not have to worry about school work for the day but now the team had a much larger goal in mind.

The next day rolled around, when Peter woke up it was mid-day. The team had come together and arranged for Peter to be the tour guide for his class from lunch to the end of the day. When Peter woke up he was told by FRIDAY that he was supposed to do a tour, not mentioning that it was his class. When he was showered and dressed he stepped into the main room and was instantly hit by an overexcited morgan. Feeling very bored, Loki approached the teen and asked if he could come in his snake form, Peter agreed but just as he was about to go he was approached by Morgan ''Pete, can I come too? Daddy said i should ask you.'' Peter laughed and picked her up then began walking to the cafeteria.

Peter wanted to get there early enough so that he could get some food before he had to tour. After arriving Peter went and got himself a subway sandwich and sat down with Loki and Morgan since they had already eaten. Shortly after finishing his food Peter heard a shout from behind him, Peter turned awkwardly since Morgan was sitting on his lap. There he saw his class, his teacher quickly approached him ''Mr Parker! What are you doing here?! I told you that you couldn't come on this trip! Also get off of that poor girl.'' the teacher was scaring morgan so he buried herself into his chest and began crying ''P-pete, h-he's sc-scary.'' she had unknowingly said it loud enough for everyone to hear but that didn't not stop said teacher.

Soon enough Loki was getting aggravated ''SHUT UP! Step away from my favourite mortal or you will lose your life!'' gulping the man quickly backed away. Annoyed, Loki left but not before throwing a knife just next to the teacher's head, a warning.
