CHAPTER 33: Arcade

"Where are we going?" I asked as Shinso lead the way. He seemed a little nervous. "Right here," He said opening the door to a building. I walked in seeing it was a cat cafe.

"Shinso nice to see you again," A woman said at the front desk. A cute little kitten lay in a fluffy bed. I nearly melted. "Hello," He said.

"The usual?" She asked. Shinso nodded as the kitten stretched. He was so tiny. The white kitten walked over to me. "And something for your friend?" She motioned to me.

"Um, can I get a muffin and coffee please?" I said petting the kitten. He started purring. A smile formed on my face. "Alright," Shinso paid for it before I could even reach for my bag.

"Do need instructions on where to go?" She asked. Shinso shook his head. "I'll lead the way. Come on Y/n," He said grabbing our drinks. I grabbed the muffin and hesitantly walked away from the kitten.

Shinso and I change our shoes into the slippers they have here and walk into the main cat room. There were so many of them. "So adorable," I said getting excited.

Shinso chuckled. "What? Look at them," I said with a smile. A few cats walked up to him immediately. "Hello Lady, fluffy, Yuki, and Mochi," He said. I looked at him kinda amazed as we walked to a table.

"How do you remember all their names?" I asked sitting down. Lady jumped onto my lap. She was a Ragamuffin cat. "I go here a lot. It helps me think," He said placing my drink in front of me.

"I have to come back another day," I said petting Lady. He smiled. "I'm glad you like it," Mochi, a British Shorthair, jumped onto his lap. I loved all these cats, who wouldn't?

"So I wanted to ask you something," He said getting nervous again. It's hard to tell but when you pay attention enough you can see his hands get sweaty. I looked up at him. "What is it?"

He grabbed his drink. "Can you help me train after school with Aizawa?" He immediately started drinking his drink. I laughed. "That's all it was?" I asked. He blushed a little embarrassed. "Yeah," "Of course I will," I said. He looked at me somewhat surprised.

"I mean who can say no when you showed me a place like this?" I asked. Lady rubbed her face on mine purring. He grabbed one of my hands. "Thank you," He said with a smile.

We stayed there for a while. Chatting or taking photos with the many cats. It was fun being here with Shinso. "Shinso I think-" A little dark grey kitten was on his head. "Oh, so cute," I cooed giving it a light scratch behind its ears.

"What were you saying?" He asked. The kitten climbed into my arms. "I don't remember," I said. The kitten meowed. Both of us started smothering the kitten in love.

The kitten was smaller than he should be so I also gave him many snacks. "I want to keep him," I whispered. The kitten was sleeping on my lap. Shinso held his hand up to shade the kitten. "You can adopt them. They give you everything you need here too," He said.

I smiled a little. "That's-" My phone rang. I quickly picked it up. "H-hello?" I said nervously. "Where are you guys?" Kaminari asked. I looked at the time. "Sorry lost track of time. We will be there in a little," I said hanging up.

Carefully I move the kitten to his bed. "We are late," I said. Shinso looked up. "Damn it," We both said bye to the kitten and quickly ran out of the building. That kitten was so cute. Honestly, I would love to take him home.

We made it to the arcade in no time. "We're here," I said panting a little. Everyone looked at us. "Yay!" Mina said grabbing my arm. "You boys get the tokens. I'll take Y/n to the bathroom," She said dragging me away.
