CHAPTER 10: Player One?

I was talking with Mina, Sero, Kaminari, Kirishima, and Katsuki. Kirishima thought it was a good idea to bring him along since he was alone. "Y/n you looked pretty today," Kaminari said with a wink.

I picked up my chopsticks. "Thank you," I said blushing a little. Katsuki kicked my foot under the table. I looked up at him. He simply pretended like I wasn't there.

Mina leaned her head on my shoulder. "What do you think we will do today? I'm so excited, I can't think," She said with a smile.

I looked up trying to think. "Oh right, we are doing hero basic training today," I said. Everyone started getting excited except for Katsuki.

"Who do you think our teacher is going to be?" Kirishima asked before taking a bite of his food. Mina, Sero, and Kaminari started to list all the amazing heroes who could train them. I quietly watched as I ate my food.

Katsuki nudged my foot. I looked up at him. He motioned for me to follow him. "Guys I have to go to the bathroom. Can you watch my stuff?" I asked as Katsuki left. They nodded. "Alright, I'll be right back,"

I went in the direction Katsuki went. He pulled me into an empty classroom. "Oi, you're going to rip my arm off," I spat rubbing my wrist. "Are you dating stupid sparky?" He asks.

I shook my head. "No, he's-" "Then why is he all over you?" He spat. Why is he acting like this? I thought yesterday would have changed things.

"He wasn't-" He smashed his lips on mine. I pushed him away. "What's wrong with you?" I asked. He tried to lean in for another but I stopped him. "Seriously? You acted weird yesterday but this is different," I said.

He growled and pushed me against the wall. "Because you were acting weird," He pushed his lips on mine. I tried to push him away but he moved my hands away. "I can be better, promise," He whispered between kisses. Before I could process anything he bit down on my neck. I slapped him across the face.

He froze where he stood. I kicked him off of me. "Just another thing you ruined between us," I muttered. Blood trickled down my neck. He slowly reached for his red cheek. "You slapped me?" He asked looking up at me.

"And I'll do it again if you do this again," I spat as I froze the bite shut. "Y/n, wait-" I walked out of the room. Why is he acting like this? Stupid asshole, first our friendship, and now this.

I sat down with a sigh. Everyone noticed my behavior change. "Hey, are you alright?" Sero asked. I nodded. "I just ran into someone annoying on the way there," I said leaning my head on the table. Kaminari did the same but with a smile.

"You know what brightens up my day?" He asked pushing some hair behind my ear. I shook my head. "What?" "After school, we can all go to this really delicious Ice cream shop and you sweet sweet Y/n can get all the toppings you want. I'll pay," He said.

Everyone seemed excited. Katsuki came back with an attitude. "You don't have to," I said grabbing Kaminari's hand. Katsuki glared at me. Kaminari squished my face. "My quirk buddy can never be disappointed on my watch," He said kissing my cheek. I blushed and looked away from him.

"Are you sure you don't like her Kaminari?" Kirishima teased. Kaminari blushed and he started getting sparky. "Of course not. Y/n is just someone I got very attached to," He said pulling me into a hug. My head on his chest as pressed a light kiss on the top of my head.

Katsuki's chopsticks snapped in half. Everyone turned to him. "Fuck this," He spat stomping off. Everyone looked at him confused. "What's wrong with him?" Mina asked. I shrugged as Kaminari ran his hands through my hair.

The bell rang, telling us that it was time to go to class. We all grabbed our things and picked up our area. "Weird, huh?" Mina said as she threw away her trash. "What is?" I asked throwing away mine.
