Dyrroth's POV

Sitting on my throne, my elbow on the armchair and my face resting on my palm. I watch the battle in front of me in boredom, my eyes getting heavier as seconds pass by.

But I got distracted...my eyes widen, there I saw a woman sitting by the bleachers, she was new to the kingdom... I had never seen her here before.

Her e/c hues was filled with boredom and she relaxes herself. She wasnt paying attention to the battle now, but instead she directly stared at me. Not gonna lie my heart skipped a bit and I was taken back on how she can easily stared back.

I can feel it, her eyes staring into my soul. Shouldnt she be scared of me? Most people would directly look away when I look or even stare, but to her was different, she was completely calm.

My thoughts were interrupted when the announcer yelled "AND WE HAVE OUR WINNER!!..." I heard Alice spoke "Dyrroth, we have visitors..." by that I already know what she meant. I nodded and looked back at the women a while ago, I got surprised to see her gone on the bleachers. I didnt mind it and soon head towards the living room.

I sighed, we were heading towards the living room. I also heard Alice sighed but it was different "something matter?" I asked, she stared at me, I was indeed right. She was nervous "The visitors were having..."

Alice smiled at our visitors, while I was sitting at my own chair baffled and shocked. There she was sitting beside her father. Y/N. That was her name since her father had mentioned it. Thamuz and her father were discussing something.

She was listening to the discussion, then she whipped her head towards my direction. She did nothing but stare, her half-lidded bored eyes stared into my eyes.

After a few discussions both Y/N and her father stood up and slightly bowed. Her father laughed at Thamuz "Thank you so much for inviting and having us!" Thamuz chuckled and nodded "We'll go now" Alice waved, Y/N still did not talked and stared at me "weird..." i heard her mumble.

I stared at the mirror. After finding out about the E/N empire, it made me somewhat nervous too. What Alice said was really true.

[ Flashback ]

(Before the E/N visit, probably a few weeks back then)

Alice told me about this new empire, they turned out to be an empire full of ruthless assassins, a family of assassins rather. She told me that the empire once wiped out one of the Moniyan's bases in a day without even needing of help from other empires.

Not gonna lie I was amazed. She told me also that she's been wanting to meet them and it eventually came true, she even freaked out in meeting them. The pressure her father was giving was heavy, the atmosphere was intense.

[ End of Flashback ]

I sighed and washed my face, I was shirtless (:>) and just had my bottom pajama on, my hair was in a full mess. I want to see her again. That is my main reason in wanting to have alliance with their empire.

She was beautiful, just her staring at me made my heart beat so fast, what sort of spell did she put on me? Gosh, I loved it. I then realize I was smiling like a freak. I shook my head and headed back to bed.

I got out of bed once the maid told me to head downstairs. As I climbed downstairs I saw Alice smiling like a child, then when I saw why she was smiling I froze. She's here again with her father, she stared at me upon heading downstairs. That stare again, please keep staring, i love it.

Alice looked at my direction "Ah! Dyrroth, come here" I stood beside Alice "While me and Thamuz discuss a few things with F/N, how about you tour Y/N around" I was dumbfounded, not that im complaining though. She stared at me, I walked in front and saw her father, Alice and Thamuz started walking away while talking. I sighed.

Y/N waited for me to talk "If you dont want to tour me around, im fine with just being by myself" she said in a calm tone, I stared "Oh no no... I'll tour you around!" I smiled, she nods. Why is she so dry? -.-

I tour her around, I showed her the library which she commented 'you guys dont even look like you read' i deadpan at what she said, welp its true tho. Then I showed her the arena area which was completely empty at the moment, she commented 'this is where I saw you for the first time' okay that made my heart beat.

I didnt really much tour her around but yeah. We stopped at the garden area, you may wondering why on earth is there a garden full of flowers, the sun rising and the butterflies roaming around in the ABYSS....... welp there is a magic door leading us to that place folks.

We sat near the bench and there was a coffee table in front of us, I ordered the maids to make us snacks a few moments ago. She did nothing but stare at the garden "do you want to take a closer look at the flowers?" I asked, she looked at me and smiled "it's fine, we were walking around a while ago, so why dont we have a rest for a while?" I smiled and nodded.

She started eating the snacks that was prepared for us, whilst she was eating, everything around me turned into slow motion. My eyes never leaving her side profile, she was so pretty that I couldnt even form any words to compliment her ethereal beauty, wait did I just complimented her?

I shook my thoughts away and everything went back to normal. She looked at me "how come..." She spoke "you dont look scary at all?" I was dumbfounded, did she hear those from rumors? I chuckled "well, I do look scary around people I dont like." She started blushing "you like?" I nodded, wait I didnt even notice she was blushing, im freaking out right now. She blushed.

I heard her chuckle "Well rumors do say you look scary and grumpy" I scratched the back of my head from embarrassment, wait why am I being embarrassed? Im a prince, a scary one rather blushing in front of a assassin- I heard her laugh "you are adorable when you're embarrassed" I blushed with my eyes wide.

So that was why, she mumbled 'weird..' yesterday "I dont look scary?" I asked, she shook her head "nope, you look adorable" my face heated up, why am I the one blushing? Im supposed to turn the way around.

I smiled "well if Im in front if you then, I wont look scary at all" she stopped laughing, I looked at her while she did the same, but her eyes wide and her face getting red "you're blushing" she looked away and hid her face with her hands "I-.." she didnt utter another word.

We both stiffened upon hearing a manly laughter from behind us, we both looked back and saw Y/N's father being accompanied by Thamuz and Alice who was smiling. Once they approached us her father spoke "My... My... You are the very first guy to get my daughter smile and laugh like that" I looked back at Y/N and she was blushing while looking away.

I stared back at her father and a small smile formed on my lips "I am?" I nervously chuckle "dont tell me you're falling for my daughter?" My eyes widened shaking my hands in front "W-What?! Of course not! We just met yesterday, h-ho-" he leaned onto my ear and whispered something that made my face go completely red and heart beat so fast.

"i can read your mind.." he backed away and smiled at me.

I stood at my place frozen, he just read my mind. Im going to melt... "P-papa!!" She screamed. I calmed myself before I start to explode. Y/N stood beside her father, she was still blushing. She held his arm "lets go home" her father looked at her confused "im not yet done discussing something" we stared at him in confusion. What he said next made my and Y/N's eyes widened.....

"We're arranging a marriage between the both of you.."
