Chapter 8: Chocolate milkshake with a cherry on top please?

He said it ever so bluntly.

"Err I haven't." he wasn't convinced it sounded more like a question.

"Then let's play a game. If I win you'll tell me why if you win I'll leave you alone for a day." He has that evil smirk on his face again like he's going to win well good luck Mr Grayson I'm not letting you win this game. I can be competitive when I want to and today my adrenaline is boosting through the roof! Let's get this game started.

"A day?! Fine." A day is not enough but it's better than him always talking to me. my first ever evil smirk and it went perfectly because he looked quite surprised at my answer I look confident and well blunt but inside I'm dying like crazy not knowing what people think about me and no I'm not a people pleaser more of a fuck-off-I-don't-want-to-be-your-friend kind of gal because i think having people too close to you can damage you more emotionally than physically I don't want to be too close to people because I know the feeling of betrayal and lies.

She looks at me quite hurt looking offended at what I said.

"N-No I didn't mean to call you a slut not that your not I mean-" I wave my hand sideways tying for her to not mistake what I said.

He laughs at me trying so hard. His laugh was wholehearted it was different really different it's like a smile you want to see over and over again his dimples on show and his smile...was just beautiful.

I look around all the customers seem to have gone already I wouldn't blame them the PDA their showing and the time good thing it's a 24/7 diner.

I coughed at them who seems to be getting to base two in a diner in front of me.
