*A shadow; has no mass, it is not a solid object therefore it doesn't occupy any space. Instead, a shadow, is the lack of light on a certain area. When light is unable to travel through an object a shadow is formed.*
As I stand here I can feel something breathing on me; casting warm, sticky air on the back of my neck. As quickly as I felt it, I swung around. Attached to my own shadow was... a second shadow. Mimicking my every move-
I looked for a reason as to how this could have occurred but as I stood there, the only light casted was that of my bedside lamp. And that warm, sticky air now hitting me in the face... I realised that's wasn't a rational explanation for this second shadow nor the air. Then my fears was confirmed as slowly that second shadow moved clockwise around my body, until it settled directly behind me with the air yet again stuck to the back of my neck.
