Viktor was the indeed a curious being, in terms of power. His powers were of the earth itself.
He possessed like his siblings, massively superhuman strength, speed and durability, but his primary arcana consisted of controlling the Earth Elements. Most notably, he could form constructs of any know mineral on earth. Crystals, stone, metallic ores, countless more. His appearance also contrasted with his powers, mainly with creating armor or skin around him consisting of the mineral he was controlling. Such as Gold, Stone, Crystal or even Lava.

He could summon contrasts out of the ground, shaping it to his liking, form spikes, walls, shatters, boulders, anything he could think of from the earth itself. He could create massive worldwide earthquakes, tremors and even eruptions, as well as being able to telekinetically throw minerals. Most terrifyingly, he possessed the ability manipulate the the cells in the bodies of others through direct contact with his attacks, vibrating his blows and constructs at a certain frequency to easily weaken or scatter a person's molecular bonds, tearing them apart from the inside out, even turning their skin or bodies entirely into any mineral he desired. His power scaled to a level that could move, destroy and create entire mountains.
He could also turn himself to a form of living sand, which much like his minerals, he could control and manipulate at will.
As for his personality, he was one of the most surprisingly subtle, only speaking when he had something of value to add. He was often seen as a bleakly emotional person, but he had his own ways when it came to kindness and other emotional expressions.
His training with Cole and Alcina, like his brother Max, was one of the most pleasant experiences for them. Cole couldn't help but be more than gleefully pleased at his son's progress in summoning and creating constructs on his first day. Victor as a person astounded literally everyone with his power. Even Mother Miranda was impressed.
Viktor didn't know how he could possibly grow more powerful, but that was a thought for the future.
