"So, you didn't go to work, you're eating ice cream, you look tired as fuck, tell me. Did you just got dumped?" Yvon asked.

"No, I'm just not fit to go to work today. I had drinks." I said and took another scoop.

After being with that woman, she had to drive me home because she said she can't serve any more drinks. She told me that she's not being charged for her services and It's not benefitting her business.

"Baby, if you're not willing to pay cash, I'm open to more ways of payment," I remember her giving the most annoying smirk when she said that!

Ngayon, It's already the afternoon and Leya and Yvon decided to visit me. They probably heard what happened last night from Kuya Klyde. Damn it! I'm still disappointed at myself for getting mad in front of him.

"You had drinks on a work day?" "And that's a bad thing because?"

"Because there's a possibility that you might not be able to work the next day." It was intentional but, okay. Ugh...

"And that possibility happened." Dagdag naman ni Yvon. I didn't want to talk about it anymore which is why I just gave them a sigh and laid my body on the couch. It was a bad decision to show my silly little acts in this country.

Soleil, they're not your parents. They wouldn't be as patient.

"Mother told me that you can take a leave. Baguhan ka pa lang naman, I'm sure that wouldn't affect much." I sat back up after hearing what she just said, "She wants me to take a leave?"

"I've established how much of a disappointment I became just because of last night." I covered my face.

"Relax, gusto lang naman ata ni tita Livia na mag relax ka muna. Even if you don't say it straight to our faces, we know you're still trying to cope because of your loss." Leya gave me reassurance. I don't even know how to deal with them gone. I decided on so many things after being here, it was a way for me to get distracted.

"Now, can we stop talking about work? Jusko, baka maumay na ako, wala pa nga." Reklamo ni Yvon.

"Matagal ka pang mag-aaral, bless you." Tumawa ako sa sinabi ni Leya. While she's gonna be graduating already, Yvon on the other hand still has a lot of years to go. Studying law is hard work.

"No complaints. I'm good at studying."

What is with these people getting all fired up with their achievements? I mean, that's great for them.

"So, I heard kuya dropped you off somewhere." I furrowed my brows, "Yep. To that bar where you guys left me." I showed a smile at kumuha ulit ng ice cream.
