Sho Maelstrom travels to Unova. After getting five gym badges he arrives in Mistralton city to challenge Skyla. What happens when he meets the flying type gym leader
Skyla had flown Sho and her to the Ventress city stadium where the Unova league would take place. She had her could pilot to take the plane back and to come back when the unova league was over. Sho:Woah. This is kinda intimidating not gonna lie Skyla:Don't worry Babe. No matter what I know that you will win the whole thing. Sho:Thank you. I love you so much. Skyla:I love you too. With that they all then head to the lobby of the league where they sign Sho into the league and rest in their room. The next day it was time for the preliminary rounds where there were 128 trainers who were randomly paired against each other in 1 on 1 battles. Sho saw that he was up against a guy called mikael. The two trainers went to the battlefield and got their pokeballs out. Ref:This will be a 1 on 1 battle between Sho Maelstrom and Mikael Sanders. The battle will be over once either side's pokemon are unable to battle. Now both of your sends out your pokemon. Mikael:Go Raichu! Sho:Go Eclipse! The two pokemon appeared on the battlefield ready to battle. Ref:Mikael will have the first move. Mikael:Use thunder! Sho:Dodge and use psychic! Raichu sent a wicked Thunderbolt into the sky as it descended downwards towards the eeveelution. Eclipse swiftly slided to his left to avoid the attack. His eyes then glowed blue as a similar blue covered Raichu. The mouse pokemon was then lifted into the air. And then sent flying towards his trainer before crashing right in front of Mikael. Mikael:Use focus blast! Raichu formed a blue sphere which was sent flying towards Eclipse. The dark type and his trainer were unable to react in time for the attack. Eclipse was sent skidding towards Sho. Sho:Guess this isn't as easy as I thought. Alright use moonlight. Eclipse began to glow blue like before when he used psychic but this time an illusion of the moon was formed above him as he seemed to drain the energy from the moon and was healed of the super effective damage he received from the focus blast. Mikael:Ice punch! Raichu leapt forwards with a fist incased in ice as he dove in with a powerful attack. Sho:Dark pulse! Eclipse fires multiple black orbs of energy with a purple outline from in front of his head at the incoming opponent, with rainbow ringers surrounding the black orbs as they are fired. The move collides with the cream underbelly of the big rodent. Mikael:Use volt tackle! Sho:Psychic! As Raichu engulfed himself in electricity but Eclipse stopped the attack and forced him into the ground. Sho:Psychic! Before Mikael could react his Raichu was incased in psychic energy and was sent flying once again. This time he was sent into the opposing wall and didn't show any signs of getting back up. Ref:Raichu is unable to battle which means Sho is the winner. Sho:I just want to make one thing clear to everyone! I will be the winner of the unova league and I will become champion! Sho left the battlefield and was met by his beautiful girlfriend. Skyla:That was amazing Sho! Sho:Thanks Skyla.
