POV TYLER I guess the first time I liked her was in 1st grade. She came to school in a yellow dress that made her eyes sparkle. She was so beautiful. And then 2 years ago she became princess in training. May was ment to be princess. She never noticed me at least I don't think.
The truth is I have never actually talked to her. I get really shy around her. I remember In 3rd grade we had to work in groups and she was a part of my group. I tried so hard not to look at her to not even talk to her. Now she's a princess I probably lost my shot.
"Tyler get your ass done here now or I will go upstairs and get you". That was my sister calling me downstairs. She is 22. Our parents died when we where little. "I,m coming Alexis".
I went downstairs to find the news on. They where talking about the king and queen. Alexis loved hearing the news about queen America. She adored her.
"Alexis why do you care so much about the queen"? I asked. "Queen America is awesome that's why". "What ever you say Lexi". I said. I grabbed my toast and sat at the table.
"Tyler do you know princess May "? Lexi asked. I started choking on my orange juice. She came and pat my back. "I,m guessing that's a yes"? "Why do you want to know about May" I asked. " I want to tell you that she also has a new boyfriend".I started choking again. I couldn't believe it. My May with someone else.
Someone else holding her saying how beautiful she is. My May. "Who's the dude". " Some guy named Matteo Thailer" lexi said. Matteo stole May's heart.
"Hey man are you ok"she said. "Yeah I,m fine can I go to the park". I needed time to think the park is all that I could think off . " Sure but don't take long". "Thanks sis".
I went to my room and opened the door to my closet. I grabbed my skateboard from the side of the closet. I opened the door and left.
I went to my favorite place when I was feeling down. The fountain. I know its weird but it has a lot of memories. My mom used to take me here whenever I was sad. She used to tell me that even though things are bad right things will get better eventually. She told me things happen for a reason.
I was sitting on the step playing with the string on my hoodie. I was wearing a green hoodie with a black puffer. I had blue geans along with green jordans. I topped it all off with a green Yankees hat. My black hair was all messy.

I heard a woman say "Did you hear that princess May has a boyfriend". Everyone knew. I wonder how they met. I wonder if he's a royal. He probably is. I wonder if they'd kiss already. They probably did. I can't think about her all day. She's taken. So I grabbed my skateboard and headed to the ice cream shop around the corner.
I walked in to see the place packed. That's weird it's never packed. I saw my friend Justin huddled on a table with two girls on his side. Justin was kind of a player. I walked up to him. "Hey bro what's up" Justin said. We did the bro hug and sat together at the table.
"Hey girls I,ll call you guys later ok" Justin winked and the girls giggled and left. "Why are you doing that" I told him. " Doing what"? "You know you let them get close to you and then you break them, they could really love you" I said.
"Please enough about me did you hear that May has a new boyfriend" he said. Every where I go it's all about her. "Of course I know " I replied. " Can you believe it May from school is the new princess. She was the one who was always failing or was always the one who couldn't eat. Now she's royalty" Justin said. " Well we could never eat either so what's the difference" I said. Justin and I where both fives. So we new how it felt especially since it was only me and Lexi. I,m glad King Maxon changed that.
"Asswhole"!
We heard people yelling curse words. Me and Justin both got up. Justin had got in fights at school before a lot. I was never the one to fight. We heard noises coming from the back of building and went up there. The first thing we saw was a guy throwing someone in the trash. "You ass you stole her from me she's my girlfriend ". We heard the person say as he threw him in the trash. We went up close only to find someone on the floor his face filled with blood. He looked swollen and tried. I went closer . " Cody" I said.
