Break up pt2

"WHAT" red says nervously.
"Don't you love me cyan, I gave you everything I gave you my heart" red says
"Every time when we went out you never talked about our relationship it's always you and orange, it's not that I'm jealous but if I'm going to be honest if it wasn't because of me you would of never been going out with orange, red" cyans replies, almost sounding like he was going to cry.
"Cyan Im sorry" red apologizes
" I wished you talked about our relationship why can't it be us you talk about, red" cyan says while looking downward"
Red stays silent
"I see how it is" cyan looks back up to him and

"Oh god why am I crying this is so stupid he never liked me he just used me for his stupid pleasure". Cyan thinks to himself while turning red and cleaning this tears from his face.
Cyan needed some time for himself and headed to the park to clear his mind of what just happened, sitting on a bench trying to calm himself from crying even more.
Meanwhile orange was looking for cyan hoping everything went well because red is a bastard and shit.
While looking for him someone grabs his arm.
"Red..?" Orange says
"What do you want Red I don't want nothing to do with you"
Orange felt bad for some reason because red was ugly crying with snot in his nose. Lol
"Let's *sniff* talk for a bit Orange" red tells him.
"Okay let's sit over their at the bench" orange replies as they sat.
Orange shrugged and looked at red crying.
"I'm guessing Cyan already told you that-"
Red grabs Oranges face and gave him a kiss making Orange in shock.
Orange rejects the kiss and backs down.
" what the fuck Red!" Orange looks away from red while blushing and wiping the saliva from this mouth, away with his arm.
"I'm in love with you, I want to be with you but I don't think you love me. I know your in love with cyan and not with me but please" Red says with his heart truly as he gets cut off.
" you know what red when back then when it was just the two of us I really did love you I waited for you to accept my love I tried treating you the best I could but instead you fucking cheated on me" Orange says.
" I know what I did was wrong but that's why I want you to give me another chance, I was stupid and mentally unstable" Red says hoping for his approval.
Orange thought to himself "well he was good at head and he has a pretty face" Orange stared back at him and said
"I'll give you a second chance, let's be together again" while cupping reds face and makes out with him while wiping his tears away. Uwu

After cyan calmed himself down a little he got out from the bench and started walk to head to his apartment till he saw what he never expected to see.
"Orange and red are kissing..." Cyan whispers to himself.
"But I thought Orange hated red because he was a cheater" cyan thought.
Cyan was disappointed and ran to his apartment feeling like he wasn't able to breathe properly and felt like he was choking. Cyan went to the toilet and started to vomit blood with flowers coming out of this mouth.

"What the fuck, did I just cough up petals" cyan says as he hears his roommate blue kick on the bathroom door.
"Are you okay Cyan! I saw you rush to the restroom and started to hear gag noises do you need anything !?" Blue says with a worried tone of voice.
Cyan quickly got up as he washed off the blood from his mouth and opened the door. "Im okay blue !" Cyan says with a fake smile.
Blue knew something was up because cyans eyes were red and it looked like he was crying so she had to hit a weak spot to him so he can open himself out.
"That's good to hear cyan I thought you got rejected by Orange". Blue says jokingly.
"Come on to the kitchen Cyan I made lunch!" Blue says invited Cyan.
After they both finished eating Cyan gets a call from Orange.
Cyan looks away and mutes his phone, cyan remembers what he saw at the park and starts to cough furiously almost chocking as petals and bits of blood starts to come out of his mouth.
Blue stood up as starts to pat cyans back.
" Cyan what's going on!" Questioning Cyan
" it's nothing you should worry about" cyan says trying to regain his breathing. "what do you mean by nothing! You were just coughing out Blood! None of less with petals!" Blue says raising her voice even louder.
The argument stops as they hear the doorbell ring. Cyan opens the door and sees its Orange.
" Cyan did you get hurt" Orange says while cupping his face. Cyan removes his hands and says " no let's talk in my room" Cyan says annoyed while closing the door and both heading inside the boy's room.
" I talked with red already and I think the poly think will work okay, I'm sorry if I caused you any stress I want it to be us three together". Orange says.
"Well it's already to late Orange I broke up with Red already he was really using me you know he told me" Cyan says lying to his face.
Orange looks at him and took a deep breath
"Then if I had to chose between you or red, it would be red.. I'm sorry Cyan I love both of you but I'd always waited for this day that red would come back and not seeing me as a asshole but his lover" orange says while leaving.
Cyan felt weak and his throat started to ache with pain. Blue entered his room not saying anything and hugged him trying to comfort him.
Cyan started to tear up as well he started to cough backing up from blue.
Blood and flowers started to come out of his mouth, cyan instantly knew from that kiss Orange had lost his feelings towards him.
Cyan stopped breathing from the flowers blocking his air way and fainted to the ground.
Blue was scared and called 911

A few days has passed with Cyan being unconscious. With Blue sitting by his side. Blue was confused what happened and why he had hanahaki disease she thought that orange loved him, but I guess that was a lie.
A few hours later Cyan regained his consciousness and started to open his eyes.
Blue gasp and called the doctor to check on him.
" *sigh* cyan I am not aware if you knew this but what you have is the hanahaki disease, that is the reason why you have been coughing up blood and petals. That means you have a flower growing inside of you Cyan." The doctor says to Cyan.
"Is their anything you can do doctor any medication that can stop this disease" cyan says worrying.
"Either the person you love returns their feelings back to you if not than surgery but-"
"But what" cyan says cutting him off.
"But you will lose feelings towards the person you love and that feeling will never return again." The doctor says.
Cyan didn't want to die because of someone who didn't love him back and it was obvious that Orange wouldn't go back with him so he agreed.
Surgery was his only answer.
