"We respect Beams decision and we also believe that in no time you will be back for him, but we're wronged. Years had passed but you never return and never contacted him" said Lam
"Beams pregnancy is critical, he almost lost his life during the period and delivery, but he was strong, he fight for his baby" said Park
"His pregnancy cause his body to be weak, that's why we care so much about him and Benjamin." Lam said
Forths brows frown,. He is so confused.
"We...wait..wait for a second." He said while siting properly and stares at Lam. "I did return, after a year." He said
"You returned? When? Why we didn't know?" Asked Lam
"Yes... i wasn't able to contact him because the company's rule were so strict but after 1 year they allowed us to go home, i hurriedly went in his dorm, he was not there. I learned from one of his classmates that he went home to Chiangmai, i also went there immediately...but when i came i saw him holding a baby and beside him is a woman. They were so happy, looking like a perfect family. I was so angry that time so that i went back abroad immediately and leave all the painful memories behind."
"But why you didn't come to us?" Asked Park.
"I am so angry that time, i don't want to talk to anybody..even my family.. i was so devastated, then i met Fae when we boarded at Canada. She help me to recover and moved on with Beam" Forth said.
Lam show Forth again a picture. "Is this the girl you saw when you came home?" Said Lam and Forth noded and Lam chuckle. "Are you nuts? That is Phi Bea, Beams older sister." And Forth shocked. The he remembered that Beam told him that he has a older sister that lives in Korea with their Auntie.
He covered his face with his both palm and sob. "What have i done .oh my god" he said
Park patted his shoulder. "It's not too late Forth, Beam still loves you" he said.
"But what about your fiance?" Lam ask all of a sudden.
"Fae?" asked Fort and he sigh deeply. "I don't know". He said
"Do you love her?" Asked Lam
Forth did not answer for a second.."Fae is with me during the time thati was hurt, she help me recover and moved on."
"Forth....what am i asking is, do you love her?" Lam asked again.
"I....i...don't know" he said desperately
"And what about Beam, do you still love him?" Asked Park
Forth stares at Park for a moment and then he talked. "All those years...Beam always have thesame spot in my heart" he said "
"Well thats it..you still love him. And please Forth, this time choose him no matter what" said Lam "not because you still love him, but also because you have a son..Benjamin is your son. And for once, let Beam feels that he is your first priority, not your dream job, not Fae...at all..and Benjamin needs you Forth. He has a bad health condition."
"What is that?"
"He has a blood disease and needs blood transfusion in two days,including today. Beam was so exhausted because he can't find a suitble blood donor for his son, you....and Benjamin has thesame blood type. We suggested Beam to ask for your help, but gues what...he refused... He said that he doesn't want to ruin your life because your about to get married."
"Oh god...take me back to the hospital, i will help my son,please Lam."
"Ok..lets go" and with that Lam walked out from the living room with Park and Forth and they go to the hospital.
At the hospital:
Beam is still unconscious, he was placed different room with his son because Phana don't want to worry Benjamin. In few hours, Forth, Park and Lam arrived. They immediately went to see Kit to discuss Benjamins blood transfussion.
"You know?" Asked Kit and Forth just nods at him. "Ok then, lets get you tested to check if you are fit to donate blood".
After few hours the test result came out and Forth is clear to donate. Kit let Benjamin sleep, he sedate him before he begin the procedure. They bring the two in the same room and start the transfussion.
Forth is awake during the whole process, he smile lovingly to his son. "I am sorry baby, promise that i will never leave you and your mama again." He murmurs to himself and tears falls down from his eyes and Kit saw it.
After 3 hours,.the process was finished and Benjamins body reacted very good with his fathers blood. They really are a good match. Kit tell to himself. He adviced Forth to stay for a night to regain his strength and he agreed to it with the condition that his bed will be beside his sons. And he also request Kit not to tell Beam that he is the one who donate the blood for now and also he asked them not to tell Beam that he knows already the truth. He said that he will settle first his situation with Fae before approaching Beam and his son to start a new life together.
In the morning:
Beam wakes up again at the hospital, he clearly remembered what happened last night and with that he starts to cry. Phana console his crying bestfriend. It is too hard for him to watch Beam torn again into pieces. He hates Forth so much, he wants to punch him till he bleeds but ofcourse he can't do that because Beam might get more upset. All of them except Phana know that Forth already knows the truth, that's why he reacted that way.
"Stop crying nah..Beam..be strong ok, for Benjamin" he said. "And i have a good news to you, Benjamin recieved a blood transfussion last night, and he is ok now"
Beam eyes widenes, he was ver happy. "Really Pha, oh my god..thank you" he said. And Phana nods. "Where do we get the blood, who is the donor, i should thank him for savingmy sons life" he continues.
"The donor wants to hide his identity, according to Kit the donor requested not to disclose his identity and of course as a doctor Kit should fulfill his request."
"Ow..is that so...i wish i can thank him in person, but its ok. Maybe time will come that i will got to know him" said Beam.
"Yah..and for now lets focus on Benjs recovery and you also." Said Phana "How can you save a patient and take good care of your son if you alone can't take good care of yourself." Scolded Phana
Beam chuckled.. there he go again, his father Phana. "Ok..ok...father.. i will take good care of myself...don't scold your Beam nah...you know that i am hurt right, and i can't take it anymore if also my father will get mad at me" he said with pouting lips and Phana laugh so hard and Beam also.
Phana discharged Beam after he let Beam eats his vegetables,. Beam hate vegetables but he needs to eat it because Phana is glaring at him. The went to Benjamins room, he immediately hugged his son.
"Baby,.how are you? Mama miss you so much" said Beam
"I am fine mama, i miss you too. Uncle Kit told me that i am safe now.. there is a good man who donate his blood for me" said Benj happily
"I heard it too...and we are so ver thankful to him, but he doesn't want to reveal his identity baby"
"Yah, uncle Kit told it to me earlier" said Benjamin "but i wish that we will know someday who he is and were going to thank him" he continue and Beam nods.
Beam was so happy because his son is safe now, and he temporarily forget what happened between him and Forth last night. Start today, he will focus more on Benjamin, and maybe it's time for him to moved on from Forth. He knows that i will be hard to do but he will do everything to make it happen, not just for himself but also for Benjamin. Beam convince himself that he can and he will survive totally with out Forth in the picture. Just Beam and Benjamin.
